Este artículo estudia la redefinición del lenguaje periodístico ante la influencia de tres tendencias de la comunicación digital: el Search Engine Optimization (SEO), la inmediatez de las redes sociales y la fragmentación de contenidos mediante enlaces. Para ello, se compara el punto de vista de los editores web de los ocho medios españoles con mayor audiencia con las iniciativas implantadas en sus redacciones y las aportaciones teóricas sobre la escritura ciberperiodística. Este análisis revela la importancia que los medios digitales otorgan a la creación de contenidos adaptados a la web, pero también sus carencias en la adopción de acciones concretas para favorecer su desarrollo.

Se trata de un capítulo publicado en el libro compilado por la Dra. Mónica Gordillo "La protesta frente a las reformas neoliberales en la Córdoba de fin de siglo" publicado por la editorial Ferreryra en 2012.
Como ha sido planteado en la Introducción de este libro, en los  ́90 se produjo la crisis terminal de la matriz Estado-céntrica (Cavarozzi M., 1997) y la construcción de un nuevo régimen de acumulación (Neffa J.C., 1998). En este nuevo marco, una pregunta emergente giró en torno a cuáles fueron las posiciones que asumieron las organizaciones sindicales, qué tipo de respuestas impulsaron, qué cambios se produjeron respecto de sus estrategias de coordinación y de articulación política y, por último, en qué medida las tradiciones sindicales y políticas incidieron en la dinámica particular que adoptó cada una. En definitiva ¿cómo se adaptaron esas organizaciones al nuevo contexto luego del rol protagónico que habían adquirido en el anterior régimen de acumulación y político?

Through the present work it is tried to demonstrate that within the system of negotiation proposed by the best doctrine and assumed by the Communication from the Commission (Setting out the EU approach to Standard Essential Patents. Brussels, 29.11.2017 COM (2017) 712 final), the evaluation of the Standard Essential Patents (SEP) must necessarily distinguish three essential elements: (1) The minimum and maximum in said valuation. (2) The negotiation markup. And (3) The peculiarities of the market and of those who intervene in it. And therefore, the valuation cannot be, in any case, the framework of a negotiation that may be anticompetitive for the inventor, for the implementer or for both. It is therefore proposed to establish the valuation systems (methods) and establish minimums and maximums based on criteria such as the market where the action is taken, the marginal costs and revenues of those involved in the negotiation and the incentive yields.
After a brief introduction to situate ourselves in the subject (Chapter 1), in Chapter 2 we analyze the problem of negotiation from positions that pretend to take advantage of the system (hold-up and hold-out) to obtain competitive advantages in relation to patents essentials in Chapter 3; the negotiation systems are contrasted with the systems of valuation of these patents, introducing an analysis of the methods used by the Courts and considered by the doctrine in Chapter 4.
