Sexual Paraphilias

Infantylizm parafiliczny należy do parafilii (zaburzeń preferencji seksualnych). Jednostka doświadcza pobudzenia seksualnego w wyniku obserwacji lub wykonywania czynności z okresu dzieciństwa odgrywanych przez dorosłe osoby, lub poprzez kontakt z dziecięcymi przedmiotami. Co interesujące, infantylizm parafiliczny wykracza poza doświadczenia na poziomie jednostek – zasugerowano, że jest on seksualną subkulturą.
Celem niniejszego badania internetowego było rozpoznanie wybranych charakterystyk psychologicznych infantylistów parafilicznych oraz weryfikacja empiryczna wcześniejszych doniesień. Uczestnikom badania zaprezentowano Inwentarz Płci Psychologicznej, Skalę samooceny SES M. Rosenberga, Skalę Satysfakcji z Życia SWLS, Skalę Oceny Związku oraz Kwestionariusz Stylów Przywiązaniowych KSP.
Grupę uczestników badania stanowiło 38 osób (38 mężczyzn) identyfikujących się z różnymi przejawami infantylizmu parafilicznego. Średni wiek badanych wyniósł 22.9 lat (SD=7.0).
Średni wynik IPP na skali Męskości wyniósł M=60,11 (SD=10,12), natomiast na skali Kobiecości wyniósł on M=65,74 (SD=9,79). Średni wynik SES wyniósł M=27,89 (SD=8,73), a SWLS wyniósł M=19,95 (SD=7,24). Średni wynik stylu przywiązaniowego KSP „bezpiecznego” wyniósł M=45.14 (SD=8,64), „lękowo-ambiwalentnego” M=29,07 (SD=12,38) oraz „unikowego”, M=16,43 (SD=5,34).
Wyniki wskazują na to, że osoby identyfikujące się z infantylizmem parafilicznym wykazują znacząco różny profil płci psychologicznej w porównaniu do próby normalizacyjnej mężczyzn. Infantylistów parafilicznych cechuje takie same poczucie satysfakcji z życia jak próba normalizacyjna mężczyzn. Badana grupa wykazuje w niewielkim stopniu niższą samoocenę w porównaniu do próby normalizacyjnej mężczyzn. Znaczące różnice między grupą badawczą a normalizacyjną odnotowano w KSP, z czego szczególnie interesujące jest, że w próba badawcza wykazała się znacznie mniejszym nasileniem stylu „unikowego”.
Wyniki badania nie uprawniają do wnioskowania o całej populacji infantylistów parafilicznych, ponieważ jedynym standardem porównania była próba normalizacyjna.

Necrophilia is a paraphilia whereby the perpetrator gets sexual pleasure in having sex with the dead.
Most jurisdictions and nations have laws against this practice. Necrophilia exists in many variations,
and some authors have attempted to classify necrophilia. However many related terms such as pseudonecrophilia
continue being used differently by different authors, necessitating the introduction of a new
classification system. The classification system suggested by the author attempts to put all different
shades of necrophilia under 10 classes.

This petition argues that erotic comics are an important cultural record of the way in which diverse sexualities are understood and portrayed, and sexual fantasies explored. An Erotic Comics Anglophone Archive (ErotiCAA) will preserve these works for research by scholars in many different disciplines.

One of the biggest problems facing anyone researching pornography/erotica or comics, and therefore doubly so for anyone researching erotic/pornographic comics, is finding and gaining access to primary materials. So we have decided to have a go at establishing an archive in the UK to collect and catalogue English-language porn and erotic comics.

We intend to approach a number of libraries and research institutions to host and/or fund the archive. Persuading them to support us will be a lot easier if we an show that there is a need for this archive, so to help with that we’ve started this petition.

Different Models of  psychotherapy have given attention to the violent dynamics of couples, but has rarely connected the different forms of violence with the paraphilias. The phenomenology of the paraphilias tells us the violence is a certain and fixed datainstead.This inaccuracy is based on the image of a solitary individual coercively chained to rigid and stereotypical sexual fantasies.Clinical practice, on the other hand, tells us that, in most cases of paraphilia, the patient forms a fixed or long-lasting couple and therefore shares and elaborates the perverse ritual with a partner.So it’s necessary tangledfour levelto understandthe "evil", the hatred, that leads to dehumanize the partner: genetic, motivational systems organization, relational pattern and emerging qualities of bonds.

Purpose: In order to study in-depth the paraphiliac universe of the patient, avoiding diagnostic errors in terms of sexuality, sexual fantasies and disorders codified by the DSM-V, this research work focused on the importance of the exact identification of relevant sexual behaviours, in order to facilitate the relationship with the patient and the therapeutic pathway.
Methods: Clinical interview with the administration of the "Perrotta Integrative Clinica Interview" (PICI-1) and "Perrotta Individual Sexual Matrix Questionnaire" (PSM-1). Results: Once the questionnaire was completed, it was tested on a population sample of 122 subjects (69 male and 53 female), demonstrating diagnostic error in 22.13% of cases (27 total) and in particular in the two youngest groups of both sexes (14-24 years and 25-35 years), reaching 37% error in females and 40.7% in males. Conclusions: The present research work has laid the foundations for a more accurate and detailed investigation of the diagnostic universe linked to paraphiliac disorder, demonstrating that: 1) At the diagnostic stage, it is always possible to commit an interpretative error by mistaking a simple paraphilia for paraphiliac disorder, also taking into account the psychological disorders present in comorbidity. 2) The MMPI-II identifies some characteristics that can be traced back to paraphiliac disorder and other related personality disorders but does not specify in detail the paraphiliac universe of the patient and therefore the exact therapeutic intervention to be carried out in psychotherapy. 3) The PICI-1TA fully absorbs the results of the MMPI-II and notes its critical aspects, such as the absence of the indications of the specific personality traits, useful in the diagnostic and therapeutic phases, without however listing in detail the paraphiliac universe of the patient. 4) The PSM-1, if associated with the PICI-1TA, allows to identify of the primary disorder, the characterizing secondary traits and the whole paraphiliac universe of the patient, for the purposes of the clinical diagnostic profile and of the specific targeted therapeutic intervention to be carried out, giving also information about the medical history and other possible associated sexual disorders. 5) The PSM-1 was able to detect, on a sample of population n. 122, n. 27 (16 male and 11 female) diagnostic errors (22.13%) in the phase of centring of the patient, depowering the diagnosis of paraphiliac disorder to simple paraphilia to be managed in a framework more deprived of judgment. 6) The PSM-1, unlike other psychosexual tests and questionnaires, allows to analyse at the same time with precision the following aspects: a) personal and family psychophysical history; b) information about orientation, gender and related sexual disorders; c) the paraphiliac universe, with specific indications of the object/content of individual behaviours; d) the psychodynamic profile of the patient, on the basis of his disorder (if present) or of the simple behavioural manifestation of a paraphiliac matrix; e) categorisation by intensity, severity and content. 7) The present research work has therefore demonstrated the reliability of the psychodiagnostic instrument, also noting that the highest percentage of a diagnostic error on the subject of sexual behaviour is present in both males and females in the 25-35 age band, followed by the 14-24 age band, for an overall total of 40.7% in males and 37% in females. It would appear that diagnostic errors are less frequent in the older and more mature age groups. In relation then to the MMPI-II and the PICI-1 it proved particularly functional with the latter, in order to proceed to the therapeutic contract with the patient and therefore to the implementation of the necessary strategies in support, assistance and therapy.

Objective: A 65-year-old divorced man who presented with a 4-year history of personality and behavioural changes with inappropriate sexual behaviour was studied. Result: Cognitive impairment was indicated by low scores in MMSE and RUDAS. Neuropsychological assessment showed poor melokinetic ability, delayed response, personality change and, poor visual learning and memory signifying frontal lobe with predominantly right temporal deficits. CT brain showed multifocal cerebellar infarction and old right occipital infarct. However, brain MRI was not done as the patient could not afford it. Conclusion: A patient with bvFTD and hypersexuality is at risk of zoophilia if they also have the traditional risk factors of zoophilia such as low education, residing in a rural area and lack of opportunities to have sex with human partners.

" 20 Subjection of any identity, whether of race, class, gender, sexuality, religion or ideology, concerns all people who are oppressed. Liberation movements must be in concert because of intersectional identities, histories, and goals. In the heterogeneous urban environment, people of all different backgrounds must be united to not only live together prosperously but also create equality and justice for all. Though this allure is typically explained as a racial difference, its modern incarnation should also be conflated with spatial difference. Being the children of the most severely intoxicated generation when it came to propaganda " creating of wants " how it was different for different parts of american culture class society all tied in to why we can actually consider the election and the grammy awards to be the same kind of distracting ceremony , the death of the celebrity because of personalized media algorithms and the shift in adolescent identities drive states for example, they can nuture their undeveloped egos in the palm of their hand 24 hours a day so why would they look any further?

Infantylizm parafiliczny należy do grupy parafilii fetyszystycznych (Corsini, 2002). Wyniki badani internetowego, obejmującego znaczną próbę osób badanych (ponad 1800 uczestników), ukazują, że 87% mężczyzn i 91% kobiet zadeklarowało, że infantylizm parafiliczny nie wiąże się u nich z występowaniem problemów czy cierpieniem (Hawkinson i Zamboni, 2014). Ważne wydaje się być poszukiwanie odpowiedzi na pytanie o skutki psychologiczne infantylizmu parafilicznego dla jednostek, ponieważ wciąż niewiele wiemy o tym zespole zachowań. W oparciu o przedstawione podłoże teoretyczne, postawiono hipotezę, że infantyliści parafiliczni wykażą zbliżoną globalną samoocenę do grupy osób badanych na potrzeby opracowania właściwości psychometrycznych polskiej wersji Skali Samooceny SES Rosenberga (Łaguna, Lachowicz-Tabaczek i Dzwonkowska, 2007). Ze względu na niemożność dotarcia do uczestników badania w sposób inny jak przez Internet, przeprowadzono badanie Internetowe wśród osób identyfikujących się z infantylizmem parafilicznym. Badanym zaprezentowano polską adaptację Skali Samooceny SES Rosenberga. Wyniki badania wskazują na istnienie niewielkiej różnicy pomiędzy grupą infantylistów parafilicznych a próbą walidacyjną – uzyskali oni mniejszy wynik samooceny. Konieczna jest dalsze prowadzenie badań w tym kierunku szczególnie z uwzględnieniem różnic indywidualnych pomiędzy uczestnikami badania.
