Aim In presenting work were made the measurements of bio-energetic field applied to experimental fluids and we have given the explanations of the bio-energetic effect by quantum theory. Method The technology of measurement was based on electro-mechanic principle, using a Laboratory pH Meter WPA-CD 7400, converting mV in units of intensity of bio-magnetic fields, mathematically calculated as fento Tesla (fT). As a control method have been used the laboratory paper of pH which changes color to a increase or decrease of 0.30 to 0.50 pH value, by emersion in experimental solutions. Results In bases of quantum theory (E= υ h) was calculated the intensity of levels bio-energy, in mean value of 0.04 meV, which correspond to 10² f T of bio-magnetic field, the frequency of bio-magnetic wave, in value of 0.9*10¹² Hz, the bio-energetic wavelength=2.5* 10¯³ mm and corpuscular mass of bio-magnetic waves in value of ~ 2*10¯³² Kg or 1/10 from electron mass,( M) when "m"=2/Ec², in conformity with the parameter of mathematical counting or to prolong span of life cells. Conclusions: Bio-energetic fluids can be used in technology of preparation of drugs, from homeopath medicine and in laboratory medicine for the changes of pH in liquid medium with cultivated stem cells for to prolong the span life of cells, in view of cell-stem transplantation in chronic diseases.

In the researches on asynchronous chaotic CDMA, it has been shown that the sequences, which have negative autocorrelation, minimize asynchronous cross-correlation among the sequences. Such sequences can also improve the solution search performance of combinatorial optimization algorithms. In this report, we introduce such low cross-correlation dynamics to improve the performance of UCB1-tuned which is the best non-parametric algorithm for Multi-armed bandit (MAB) problems. To generate negative autocorrelation dynamics in UCB1-tuned algorithm, we apply the Lebesgue Spectrum Filter (LSF), which has been proposed in a research on the chaotic CDMA. The simulation results show that the performance of UCB1-tuned algorithm can be improved by using the negative autocorrelation dynamics generated by the LSF. We clarify performance improvement by analyzing auto correlation and cross-correlation of the searching sequences.

The cooperative banks are small sized banking units which operate both in urban and non-urban areas over the last 100 years. These banks play a pivotal role in meeting the credit requirements and development of Small & Medium size industries. It is a unique sector where banking and cooperation works together. These banks work on the basis of two tier system and on the principles of cooperation, self-help and mutual-help. Cooperative banks are playing a very crucial role in catering the credit needs of small depositors and borrowers, mainly in the urban informal sector that are deemed non-credit worthy by the commercial banks. Urban and rural cooperative banks are the different types of cooperative banks functioning in India. The urban cooperative banks also known as primary cooperative banks operate in urban and semi urban areas. These are the small size cooperatively banking units cater the needs of small scale business units, retail traders, professionals, salaries classes etc. Despite of a sustained growth, the sector has gone through a lot of turmoil in the last few years. These banks are striving relentlessly to address the issues of economic inequality and the concentration of wealth that are causing exploitation of weaker sections by the stronger. The present study analyzed the evolution of urban cooperative banks in India, its financial performance and the developments that are needed to boost the performance of the banks to have better economic growth.
