Abstract: In the following paper, an approach to the notion of philosophical practices within indigenous communities is intended. From an interdisciplinary and intercultural approach, the conditions of indigenous philosophy are analyzed and four categories are proposed to approach its study: a) Symbolic, contradictory and filial thought, b) Anthropomorphic thought, c) Thought based on a relational ontology, and d) Experiential rationality. The intention of these categories is to find general ontological elements that serve as a framework to CARLOS ÁLVAREZ RODRÍGUEZ ZEPEDA HASER. In recent years, we have seen an explosion of scholarship within the field of neuroethics – a subdiscipline of bioethics concerned with the ethical challenges raised by advances in neuroscience and the development of new neurotechnologies. While some, such as Parens and Johnston (2007), have challenged the idea that neuroethics is a unique sub-discipline with its own special problems, we see neuroethics as made importantly distinct from the general questions of bioethics through the complex relationship of our brains to our personal identity, making us who we are.

Resumen. Este artículo describe las dimensiones éticas que debería cumplir un proyecto de talleres de Filosofía en prisión. En primer lugar, define los objetivos y explica el diseño de las principales actividades filosóficas en centros penitenciarios nacionales y extranjeros. Posteriormente, evidencia las debilidades éticas de estos trabajos, deteniéndose en las lagunas relativas a los principios bioéticos (autonomía, beneficencia y justicia). Por último, se desciende a dilemas reales creados por esas carencias y propone algunas soluciones usando la experiencia del proyecto de Filosofía Aplicada en Prisiones BOECIO.
