Partindo do consenso de uma etica global , pretende-se encontrar quais sao as condicoes desta etica a partir da parabola do Bom Samaritano (Lc 10, 25-37 ). Atrves da qualidade de vida, no âmbito da parabola do Bom Samaritano , encontramos os elementos necessarios para definir uma etica global, sem deixar de considerar o pensamento de dois filosofos, como Levinas e Cortina, como suporte da nossa leitura fenomenologica da parabola, permitindo novas conceitualizacoes para a qualidade de vida, representada nos diferentes personagens, quer reais, quer ficticios, da parabola. Desta feita, verifica-se uma relacao entre a etica global e a parabola, dado que esta se afirma como etica de maximos, desde a aretologia neotestamentaria ate a visualizacao axiologica, que terminara na afirmacao da qualidade de vida escatologica, iniciando-se, tambem, na qualidade de vida telurica.

Pada masa praklasik pemikiran-pemikiran ekonomi dapat dikelompokkan menjadi masa Yunani Kuno, pemikiran-pemikiran ekonomi skolastik, merkantilismem dan masa fisiokrat. A. Pemikiran-pemikiran Ekonomi Zaman Yunani Kuno Sesungguhya persoalan ekonomi sama tuanya dengan keberadaan manusia itu sendiri. Tetapi, bukti-bukti konkretnya yang bisa di telusuri hanya sampai pada masa yunani kuno. Pada zaman ini terdapat beberapa tokoh yang ikut berperan dalam pemikiran ekonomi seperti Plato, Aristoteles, Xenophon. 1. Plato (427-347 SM) Gagasan Plato tentang ekonomi timbul dari pemikirannya tentang keadilan dalam sebuah negara ideal. Kata Plato, dalam sebuah negara ideal, kemajuan tergantung pada pembagian kerja yang dimaksudkan untuk pembangunan kualitas kemanusiaan. Plato dapat dikatakan sebagai orang yang sangat mengecam kekayaan dan kemewahan. Agar tiap orang bisa hidup sejahtera secara merata, maka manusia perlu dan berkewajiban mengendalikan nafsu keserakahannya untuk memenuhi semua keinginan yang melebihi kewajaran. Kalau nafsu keserakahan ini tidak bisa dikendalikan, maka sebagian orang akan hidup berkemewahan, sedang yang lain akan hidup dalam kesengsaraan & kehinaan. Ternyata gagasan Plato tersebut hampir sama dengan gagasan yang dibuat oleh Adam Smith. Tetapi, terdapat perbedaan dalam hal ini yaitu, division of labor oleh smith dimaksudkan untuk memacu pertumbuhan output dan pembangunan ekonomi sedangkan oleh Plato dimaksudkan untuk pembangunan kulaitas kemanusiaan. Pada masa ini Plato juga mengamati bahwa naluri manusia untuk memperoleh barang-barang dan jasa sangat besar jauh melebihi kebutuhan sewajarnya. Besarnya nafsu untuk memperoleh dan menguasai barang-barang dan jasa ini dipandang sebagai tantangan utama menuju suatu masyarakat yang adil dan makmur secara merata. Oleh sebab itu, nafsu ini harus di kekang. Dalam bukunya, Politika, Plato menjelaskan bahwa selain sebagai alat tukar, uang juga berfungsi sebagai alat pengukur nilai dan alat untuk menimbun kekayaan 2. Aristoteles (384-322 SM) Menurut Aristoteles, ekonomi merupakan suatu bidang tersendiri, yang pembahasannya harus dipisahkan dengan bidang lain. Beliau juga orang yang meletakkan pemikiran dasar tentang teori nilai (nilai) & harga (price). Pertukaran barang (exchange of commodities) dan kegunaan uang dalam pertukaran barang tersebut. Aristoteles membedakan proses ekonomi ke dalam dua cabang, yaitu kegunaan (use) dan keuntungan (gain). Lebih spesifik ia membedakan oeconomic dan chrematistik. Oeconomic atau limu ekonomi di definisikan sebagai " the art of household management, the administrations of one's patrimony, the careful hasbanding of resources. Sedangkan chrematistik mengimplikasikan penggunaan sumber daya alam atau keterampilan manusia untuk tujuan-tujuan yang bersifat acquisitive dalam chrematistic.

Recent discussions in analytic theology and philosophy have explored how traumatic events can interrupt a person’s experience of union with God. Sparked by Eleonore Stump’s book Atonement, this problem has been treated as a type of “stain on the soul” relating to morally lamentable leftovers in human psyches after horrendous sin has been committed. While Stump deploys a science-engaged model of atonement to address many kinds of stains on the soul, one kind remains unaccounted for, namely, stains on the soul caused by trauma in which the survivor is innocent of any moral wrongdoing. How might such “posttraumatic stains on the soul” (PTSS) be healed through atonement? In this paper we offer the beginnings of a science-engaged model of atonement to fill this recent lacuna. Este articulo da cuenta de una investigacion del grupo Teologia y Genero. Indaga sobre la perspectiva de genero que acompana el plan de estudio de la Facultad de Teologia de la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana y responde a la exigencia etica de propiciar su inclusion. La investigacion constata la presencia de la categoria genero en tres de las asignaturas de los programas de la Carrera de Teologia: Antropologia Teologica, Moral Fundamental y Escatologia. Many individuals have periodic doubts about whether they belong in the position they occupy. Some find a way to ignore or otherwise move beyond those doubts, especially if they have outward evidence that they do belong, that they are not a fraud, not an impostor. This outward evidence is usually skill and experience. It seems more challenging to move beyond the doubts when the sources of these doubts are not only internal to the person but also external or structural. Systems and structures exist that seem to say to some, “you belong,” and to others, “you do not belong.” For centuries, women have been told by Christian hierarchical structures that they do not belong in church leadership in spite of evidenced skill. The present study aims to outline the epistemological and logical principles and ground–rules developed during Trinitarian debates by Basil of Caesarea and Gregory of Nyssa: ones which, for the most part, function to define what counts as applicable to and possible for theological discourse when speaking about God. These principles not only underlie Cappadocian Trinitarian theology, but also can be seen as furnishing a key to the proper understanding and interpretation of the Conciliar Trinitarian account, which to a considerable extent was formulated on the basis of and in terms indebted to Cappadocian teaching. As will be argued here, the principles show very clearly the problems associated with addressing God in terms of “essence”—issues that in fact underlie most of the difficulties and incoherences presented by Trinitarian discourse as such.
