HUMPTY DUMPTY FELL DOWN STAIRS
Perhaps TRAIL mag should do an article on treating or rehabilitating back injuries. I slipped on the first step coming down stairs, fell, and landed on my backside.
Then I got up and got going again: the resilience of runners.
It didn’t stop me from training on the following Saturday or doing a race on Sunday.
I didn’t feel right afterwards but I figured one or two sessions with the physio would sort me out. But at my spinning class
