- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5My brother recommended it to me because it worked for him and our dad. For the past 4 years , I’ve had terrible stiffness in my lower back, Achilles and the outsides of my ankles. I went to a chiropractor for a year and do daily exercise and stretching, but nothing has worked. I am already seeing real results in just a couple of days of doing these exercises. I am hopeful for a full recovery to normality and very grateful for Pete Egoscue.
