The book includes a ton of great examples and advice, which can be a little excruciating but ultimately helps readers come out better on the other side. When they really hit the nail on the head with your own issues it can be a little excruciating but you come out better on the other side! It’s only a few hours, so it’s not a massive undertaking to listen to it (a huge plus for procrastinators!)
