    Readers find this title to be a well-written and refreshing story that deals with trauma and PTSD from the war. The book explores the journey of a girlfriend trying her best to support her partner, without falling into the cliché of another coming out story. The author successfully captures the emotions and experiences of love, particularly from a lesbian perspective. The inclusion of a veteran character adds relatability for some readers. Overall, this book is a compelling and heartfelt read.

      Really well written. As a lesbian reader, it's been hard to find the class, good taste yet vivid way of explaining the lustful feelings of first sight without making it a porn moment. For those of us who have only known what it feels like to love, as only women can, it was a refreshing journey.. And thank God not another coming out story. Thanks for the ride of emotions and a well chosen narrator! Bravo!

      It was a really good PG story dealing with trauma and PTSD from the war and a GF trying her best to deal with it and help.
      I can relate to some of it as I'm a Veteran.
