Foreword
Juicing is something that you hear a lot about, and before we get into the many recipes that out there meant to help boost energy, lose weight, or even just be a great alternative to breakfast foods. I was a bit hesitant to start utilizing the many juicing recipes that were out there. I had fears such as how good would these actually taste, and if they were truly going to be beneficial to my health. But, despite these fears, I decided to give it a try, and the end result was amazing.
Not only did I feel better, but I did lose weight. It seemed that I was less bloating and had fewer stomach issues as compared to the time before I was juicing. However, before you decide that this is an easy way to lose weight, please take into consideration that it took some time of adjusting on my part. I did find myself having to get used to the juice and drinking these, as I normally did not drink many juices. However, I stuck with it and am I so glad that I did this.
I have more energy now than what I had when I was younger. And this means a lot when having to deal with kids, jobs, and a house to take care of. Those who are around me often ask me what I have changed, and ultimately the change was turning to juices. I still eat balanced meals, but I tend to juice in the morning for breakfast, as I am constantly on the go. Then I may have juice for lunch as well. These juices are giving me calories to run on, but they are also adding in tons of vitamins, fiber, and nutrients to my diet. Something that I was not getting when I was eating fast food or processed, packaged foods all the time.
If you are looking to lose weight, or simply want to get healthy, you are going to find that juicing can be the answer for you. You have to commit, and it may be hard at first, but I would highly recommend that you give it a try and stick with it for the foreseeable future. You will be glad that you did, I know I am!
