I hope you enjoyed reading about my ghostly experience. Even though it felt good to finally, share my experiences. It brought back many memories. In addition, I found myself not being able to sleep with the light off.

1.JPGWOMAN IN WHITE
I remember when I was six years of age I resided in New York with my foster mom, on the twelfth floor. In a twelve story building. I recall one night when my foster mother and I went to bed; she fell asleep as soon as she hit the pillow, I assumed she was tired, because she usually made sure we said our prayers before we fell asleep and that night we didn’t. That night I felt lonely, I’m not sure if it was because my mother had fallen asleep before I did, or something else. However, I recall I felt lonely and for some strange reason the apartment seem darker and colder that night. I knew if I had asked my mom why was it so dark and cold in the apartment. She would have stated, During the winter months it’s always cold and dark and plus we had 10-inches of snow that fall today
. Early during that day, we were surprised with snow. My friends and I decided to have a snowball fight, make snow angles, and build snowmen. I had so much fun during the day with my friends, I hated for the day to end. However, the joy of the day’s event was no longer with me that night. I felt lonely and depressed. A feeling one might have that has lost someone close to them. For some strange reason I began to cry. Then suddenly the room began feeling colder than it already was. I couldn’t feel the little heat that was coming out the pipes as I had before. I began snuggling closer to my foster mom, but it didn’t do any good. After a few minutes, I could see my own breathe it was so cold. I looked over at my foster mom to see if I could see her breathe. However, she seemed to be just fine. I tried wrapping myself in the cover, but it was hard because I was sharing the cover with her, so eventually I gave up. When I was beginning to feel like I was turning into ice, the room started feeling warm. I stated to myself, Thank goodness the heat is back on.
As soon as I began to feel comfortable, the room lite up like a bright shining star. I thought it was coming from the window, so I naturally look towards the direction of the window, but the light wasn’t coming from the window. The light was coming from a woman in a white dress standing at the edge of the bed. She was beautiful, she had long beautiful black hair, and the dress she was wearing could have been silk or satin when I think back to that night. I noticed that her dress and hair was blowing everywhere, as if she was standing in front of a fan. However, there was no air blowing in the room. After we stared at each other for what seemed like a minute or two. She began calling my name. How does this woman know my name, I began asking myself. However, I was too afraid to ask her. I just continued to stare. I tried waking up my mother, but she didn’t move. Than all of a sudden, the window open and she began moving towards the window. I stared in shock, because I could tell she wasn’t walking, but floating towards the window. I tried waking up my mom again, but nothing. She continued sleeping peacefully. When the woman finally made it to the window, I sat up in the bed. Was she about to jump out the window? What was she doing, did she know she could fall to her death. However, when she stepped out the window, she didn’t fall. She was floating in the air. She turned to me and extended her arms out towards me. Did she want me to follow? She smiled at me, Come with me Tasha.
