At everytext.com every purchase is guaranteed by us. Our booksellers make sure that every listing is accurate and your orders arrive well within the estimated time of arrival. However, if there is an instance where there was an error in the listing or the book didn't arrive; you are aligible for a full refund and shipping charges depending on the situation.

1.Book not as Described OR Damaged Book:You will get a full refund of the book price plus the original shipping charge. We will also compensate you for the return shipping charges which are the same as the original shipping charges. You must ship the book back to the seller within 30 days of reciept and in the same condition as you recieved it.

2.Book Never Arrived: You will be refunded the full amount you were charged. (Book price plus shipping charges). You can claim a refund for this reason only once the estimated time for delivery has passed. Once you initiate the refund, the seller is asked for a tracking number. If the bookseller provides a tracking number; the refund will be denied. Please note that if the book did not arrive becuase it was unclaimed by the you, or if the your address was incomplete and the book is recieved back by the seller; only the book price will be refunded.

3.Change of Mind: If you have changed your mind about a book you have bought please contact the seller directly and request a refund. If the seller agrees to accept the book back; please return it in the same condition as your recieved it. Please do not send the book back without the seller's approval since we cannot guarantee a refund in this case.

The refund is processed as a reversal of the refund amount to the credit card you used for the purchase. Please use a tracking number for all returns for us to confirm that the book was returned to the seller.

We will never pass your credit card number through e-mail. For greater protection of your card, only the last 4 digits of your credit card are shown when you make a purchase using one of your saved credit card. This measure protects your card number if you forget to sign off from our site after making a purchase. To ensure that all of your personal information is kept safe, it is important for you to sign off once you are finished using the site, and close down the browser window if you are on a public or shared computer.
