An ISBN is a unique identifier usually printed on the back cover of the book next to a scannable barcode. ISBNs come in 10-digit and 13-digit formats and either one or both of them may be printed on the back cover. Before sending your books to us for sellback, you must verify that the ISBN printed on the book matches with what you searched for.

If the back cover has stickers/tape covering the original barcode, please locate the ISBN on the publisher's page (which is the second or the third page of the book and contains all the publishing/copyright information for the book).

If you are selling an Instructor's/Complimentary edition, the ISBN will be completely missing or may be different. In such a case, you must choose the item condition as 'Acceptable' once you get a quote. Do make sure the title, author(s) and the edition of the book are correct.

Good+ Condition Items:

• Book has very little markings/highlights (less than 10 pages).
• The binding of the book is in a perfect condition.
• There is no water damage to pages and no torn, missing or loose pages
• There is no odor and pages are not stained.
• ISBN matches exactly as shown on this page.

Acceptable/Poor Condition Items:

• Book is an Instructor's Edition or a Complimentary Copy (not an international edition).
• There is writing/highlights on more than 10 pages but NOT throughout the book.
• Binding is slightly loose or there is minor water damage to pages.

In any case, we do not accept books with missing pages or pages falling out.

• If any of the supplementary materials is missing (Eg. missing CD/DVD/Exam Sheets), we may still purchase the book from you at a revised price.
• If you are selling a workbook, please make sure the there is very little writing in the book. If most of the answers are filled out; we may not purchase it.
