I'm just going through my connections from the #SHRM Annual. I did a session on building a high-volume hiring machine. Packed room, over 1,000. Folks hungry for knowledge and Ideas. Fountain was the only #TATech vendor in the expo that did this. I had well over 50 Enterprise TA Leaders in the audience with more than 25,000 employees. Hundreds between 1,000 and 10,000. I keep saying this and it keeps getting ignored - you all are sleeping on SHRM!! 25,000 HR and TA Pros paying around $5k each to attend a conference. You don't think those companies don't have money to buy technology? You think companies are paying that much not to send their leaders? Every single day at SHRM I have amazing discussions with great leaders trying to get better. Like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman - Big Mistake! Big! Huge! On a side note, specifically for TA Tech vendors - SHRM Talent is even a better ROI than Annual, but both should be considered.
