2013 POLICY, PROGRAMME AND PROJECTS IMPLEMENTATION Request for funds to carry out the 1st and 2nd Quarter Ministerial Project Monitoring and Evaluation Exercise
The Economic Planning, Research & Statistics Department (EPRSD) is statutorily responsible for the Monitoring and Evaluation of ALL Projects/Programmes being executed by Secretariats, Departments and Agencies (SDAs) in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). 2. The importance of this exercise is to ensure the smooth

implementation of FCTAs projects as approved by the Federal Government in the 2013 annual budget as well as 2009 -2012 Medium Term Plan of the FCTA. It is also designed to assess progress achieved, problems being encountered in project implementation and offer solutions where necessary. 3. The purpose of this memo, therefore, is to seek for funds to make adequate preparation for the exercise that is slated to commence as from Monday 12th August to 13th September 2013. 4. For the conduct of this exercise, the following is the breakdown of the amount that will be required to carry out the verification exercise: S/No. 1.
