OFFICIAL INVITATION
With Official Permission No. 2513/Q BVHTTDL dated 16.7.2013 of Vietnams Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism, we write to formally invite the participates listed below from Mongolian State University of Arts and Culture (MSUAC), Mongolia to participate in the Vietnam 2013 Asia Pacific Bureau Drama/Theatre/Dance Schools Festival organized from Thursday 5th to Tuesday 10th September 2013 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. List of Participants:
1. Prof. DOLGORSUREN Jamiyan, Dean of the School of Stage and Screen Arts 2. Assoc. Prof. BAYARAA Baasandorj, Head of the Department of International Collaboration of MSUAC, 3. Prof. MUNKHDORJ Birvaa, Professor of the School of Stage and Screen Arts, 4. ORGIL Bat-Erdene, student of the School of Stage and Screen Arts, 5. MUNKHJARGAL Bayar, student of the School of Stage and Screen Arts, 6. TSEND-AYUSH Baasansuren, student of the School of Stage and Screen Arts, 7. SAINBILEG Battulga, student of the School of Stage and Screen Arts.

The Festival will be a unique opportunity for both APB member schools and guest schools, as well as, individuals who work in the field of drama/theatre/dance training to share knowledge and experience, and to promote and extend the professional link internationally. The Festival warmly welcomes you and your organization to bring to the festival a full-scale and/or work-in-progress student performance, and invites you or your school to offer one or more practical workshop in acting, directing, writing for performance or dance, or training classes in voice, movement, improvisation, or other related skills-based teaching. The festival also welcomes teachers and students to contribute to the festival via theory and research with papers they will present at the forums of the festival.

The Festival would like to cover the costs for accommodation, foods and drinks, as well as ground transport for maximum 8 people in your team, including teacher (s), students, interpreter from English to your native language as a must, and/or official representative of your organization. Should your organization desire to bring more than the above 8 maximum, it is required to pay US $600 for each extra person for the 6 days to participation in the festival. In order for us to introduce your organization with a designed and printed program and schedule for the festival, we urge you to send all information and materials (text, script in English, publicity photographs, DVD) regarding to your organization/school/institution, your production/performance/workshop, and especially your flight details to Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam as soon as possible to the address below: Together with this Official Invitation, we would like to attach the Official Permission No. 2513/Q BVHTTDL dated 16.7.2013 of Vietnams Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism in both Vietnamese and English. You are pleased to present this document at the Vietnamese Embassy or Vietnamese Consulate General in your country in order to gain the suitable type of visa to Vietnam.
