Work Experience June 2013-Present: Multi-Level Marketing Volunteer for Health & Organic Wellbeing (Casual role) This role involves utilising a range of marketing techniques to assist in the progression of a natural skin care business which is currently in its embryonic stage. Responsible for composing and sending emails out to potential customers and people who the company wishes to endorse the products. Creating and regularly updating customer databases. Creating brand awareness via social media platforms. Writing and performing a voice over for a company advert.

Initiating and suggesting new sales and marketing tactics.

June 2013-Present: Ambassador for the Barbican Centre (Casual role) Approaching people who have attended Barbican arts events and festivals for feedback. Distributing promotional materials for shows and festivals. Data entry tasks (e.g. Adding feedback responses to an electronic database).

2011-2012: Volunteer Campaigns Assistant (to the Vice-President of community welfare in the Brunel Student Union) Carried out various tasks during the Alcohol and Drug Awareness campaign to generate an outside interest in the project amongst the student community and kindled an awareness of what the campaign desired to convey (e.g. I made smoothies to demonstrate how people can have a good time without alcoholic beverages). Promoted the Alcohol and Drug awareness campaign. Utilised my written communication skills to market a future campaign.

2009-2012: Volunteer Front of House Host at The Broadway Theatre, Barking Checked customer tickets. Helped customers to their seats. Answered customer queries. Lightly cleaned the auditorium after a show. Ensured the audience filled the auditorium safely. Re-enforced the rules set by the theatre. Maintained a positive and pleasant attitude towards customers on arrival and throughout their visit to the theatre.
