> If you have a list of people you would like to upload, type
them up on Microsoft excel

> Select copy/paste from excel

> Now add a border to the entire page, select ‘border’ and
then enter in your desired line weight

> Select ‘top bar’ and change ‘background’ to your desired
colour by clicking in the background box

heading font sizes, and text colour etc

> Here you can edit the subheading and content size, font
and colour

the area you want your image to be placed)

> Choose the image file from your computer

> Send it to the Server

> Select the ‘image info bar’

> Change the width of the image (you can come back here
later if you decide the image is the wrong size)

green tick
> Select ‘Popup preview’ to double check everything looks
good and you are happy with the content
> If you would like ‘Send test’ to yorself to once again
check everything looks good
> Finally select ‘Send Now’
