APPLICATION FORM FOR MERIT SCHOLARSHIP TO

SC/ST/OBC/MIN. STUDENTS STUDYING IN GOVT. SCHOOL/AIDED


SCHOOLS/RECOGNISED SCHOOLS /COLLEGES /INSTITUTIONS.

Eligible students are advised to submit their application in the prescribed format to their
respective school/colleges/Institutes Heads along with the following documents.
Individual applications of students will not be entertained

(i) One copy of the passport size photograph with signatures of the student thereon (for fresh
scholarship).
(ii) One attested copy of certificates, diploma, degree etc. In respect of the last examination passed,
(iii) Hostellers certificate from competent authority if hosteller. (iv) A certificate of Caste of
student should be issued by the S.D.M. of Govt. of NCT of Delhi.

Commissioner, Delhi. Five years residence proof in Delhi for Minority Students.
4. Certified that the scholarship or the stipend holders named above have been regular in attendance and have confirmed to the
rules under which their scholarship or their stipends are granted.
