A. Statement of the Problem In order to be more efficient, Government is divided to smaller units. These smaller units are called Local Government Units or LGUs. The Local Government Units are formed to ease the distribution of Heath services to its citizens. However, government health services still not that swift. Requesting Health services, as an illustration, still is a long course and a long wait. If LGUs cant still get to the bottom of these problems, they will not only be killing time and money, they will also make vulnerable their overall efficiency and citizens health. On the other hand, the researchers investigated a scheme in which called Heath Care Facility System that will help to solve said problems of LGUs .It will enable LGU to monitor and analyze the health of its citizens. With the help of this tool they can immediately provide more efficient health services.

B. Background and Objectives of the Project Health Care Facility System provides public health with a leap forward in electronic monitoring of community health. It automatically gathers, manages, and scrutinizes health-related data to help public health authorities to detect and respond more effectively to changing health conditions. For Health Officials with this tool they can enhance their ability to protect the health of the communities they serve. That they can easily monitor all the possible requirements to provide more efficient health services. The system will operate as a platform to all Health center and health services information offered by the local government unit in order to make them easily manageable. In addition, it also seeks to provide a better insight of its LGUs Health activities and performance.

C. Significance and Scope of the Project As the researchers have declared earlier, the HCFS will be an enormous innovation for the Local Government Unit and for the country. It will be a step forward for the government and its correlation to its citizens. Nowadays people are probable to have internet connection, and it would just be innovative and efficient if the local authority can surveillance and analyze health-related data in real time using a software-as-a-service approach. And would it be preeminent to have our government concerned to the citizens health. Its purpose will enhance their ability to safeguard the health of the communities they serve. That they can easily monitor all the possible requirements to provide more efficient health services.

D. Documentation of Existence and Seriousness of the Problem 1. Health Care Management System The Health Care Management System (HCMS) is a secure, public-health system that allows citizens to submit an application for benefits and track the status of eligibility determination and benefit payments. HCMS enhances communications between case workers and citizens through the message center, and improves case worker efficiency by allowing citizens to check eligibility, fill out applications, and report changes online. Health Facilities Information System The Health Facilities information System purpose is to provide health services consumers and the general public up-to-date and accurate health facilities information. This website also provides an option to submit a complaint regarding specific facility; complaints are forwarded to the appropriate L&C District Office for investigation.

Review of Existing Alternatives The Health Authority cant fully monitor the health services that are needed by their citizens, by using good means of communication, LGUs systems .It will be faster, efficient, and reliable and also portals are good ways to resolve the trouble. It would just be innovative and efficient if LGUs make use of the internet. With the help of this tool they can easily allocate and analyze what is needed by their citizens. Why? They can easily monitor all the possible requirements to provide more efficient health services. Health Care Facility System, our goal is to provide Public Health officials with the tools that enhance their ability to safeguard the health of the communities they serve. That they can easily monitor all the possible requirements to provide more efficient health services. Health Care Facility System will surveillance and analyze health-related data in real time using a software-as-a-service approach. When the systems discover a potential health treat, an immediate notification is sent to the Public Health Department.
