On November 21, 2009, At 3:25 am., Denver Police received a call of a shooting, which had
occurred inside “Saturday's” Night Club, at 8315 E. Colfax Ave. Officers found one victim who had
been shot in the head.
Detectives learned that there had been an altercation inside the club and that two of the men
who were involved were kicked out of the night club. The same men returned a short time later and
one of them shot the victim (whom had been in an altercation with them). The victim died at the scene.

The investigation is ongoing and detectives are seeking additional suspect information. There
have been no arrests at this time. The victim's identity will be determined by the Denver Office of the
Medical Examiner/Coroner.
