This parts book has been compiled in the same manner as the machine was purchased beginning
withthebasicunit andaddingoptions.
When ordering parts, your order should specify the quantity, part number, part name, and the model
andserial number of themachine.
Tofindtheparts required, refer tothetableof contentstodetermine theapplicablesection.
Thesectionsare comprisedof illustrationsandparts listsof thecomponentsandsub-assemblies.

Optionswill befoundintheoptionsectionat theback of thebook.

INTRODUCTION
This manual has been prepared to assist you in ordering spare parts for your EJCMining Equipment
vehicleand/or equipment.
EJCMining Equipment designs, manufactures, and markets its products following a systemof basic
machines and options. These options are pre-engineered options and special attachments or
features are customdesignedfor your needs.
Our Marketing department discussed our products with you, developed their application, and
considereda price usingthisconcept of basicmachine, options, andcustomizedfeatures.
ThisParts Manual isarrangedinthesame manner.
The purpose of this brief explanation is to help you to use this Parts Manual. Following the steps
outlined below will help you in identifying the correct EJC Mining Equipment replacement parts for
your needs.
1. Become familiar withthescopeof thebasicmachineandoptionsyouhave received.
2. Lookinthebasicmachinesectionfirst usingtheTableof Contents.
3. If necessary, thenlookintheOptionssection, usingtheTableof Contents.
Due to our system of a basic machine with options, the addition of an option causes the deletion of
some parts fromthe basic machine. For example, adding the optional fire resistant fluid feature with
itsspecial pumpdeletes thestandardpumponsome units.
These deletions are in the basic machine section of this manual to accurately customize the
identification of parts to coincide with the EJC Mining Equipment machine you have specified and
EXPLANATION OF BASIC MACHINE AND OPTIONS
ORDERING OF PARTS
CAUTION AGAINST PARTS SUBSTITUTION
Substitution of equipment and components on MSHA (Mine Safety and health Administration)
approved EJC Mining Equipment vehicles and equipment is restricted by the Federal Mine Safety
and Health act of 1977 Public Law 91-173 amended by Public Law 95-164 and Federal Regulations
promulgatedthereunder.
MSHAapproval indicates component and unit compliance in accordance with design, manufacture,
and quality provisions of CFR Title 30, Part 18, Part 32 or Part 36 standards. The selling or
substituting of components or equipment which are represented as complying with Federal
Regulations but which, in fact, do not so comply is a citable violation under theAct and is punishable
byfinesor imprisonment or both.
Certain components and systems are critical to the granting of the MSHA approval. Unauthorized
substitution, in whole or in part, of the following components may immediately void MSHAapproval,
andmay alsocause citationbylocal MSHAauthoritiesfor violationof these regulations.

Any item contributing to the safe operation of the equipment should not be modified or substituted
without writtenapproval of EJCMiningEquipment.
