Mr. Levin was an outstanding student teacher. He is motivated , hard working, enthusiastic, enjoys
working with children, a strong communicator, and he conducts himself extremely professionally
during his time at Thomas Jefferson Middle School. He is always eager to learn something new
whether it is observing lunch duty, entering grades online, attending department and faculty
meetings, and PARCC information. Mr. Levin puts a great deal of effort into each lesson he plans
and it was seen during the execution of the lessons. He is knowledgeable of the subject matter. He
constantly monitors the students in the gym and in the classroom and would assist them as needed.
He provides positive feedback and reinforcement. In the Health classroom, Mr. Levin prepared note
cards to assist him with the flow of the lessons that would correspond to his power points. He was
able to stop using his note cards as his confidence increased. Mr. Levin communicates well with the

students and other colleagues. The students are very responsive to him and enjoy having him as a
student teacher. He continuously engages with the students both in and out of the classroom. He
goes out of his way to attempt to say, "good morning" to as many students as he could during the
morning line up. He works well with all of the students and especially the family model students. He
is patient and understanding and treats all students fairly. Mr. Levin dresses and acts professionally
during his stay at T.J. Middle School. He is a responsible individual who was prepared for every
lesson and on the one day he was absent he even prepared substitute plans. Mr. Levine is a very
reflective person. He always asks for feedback after each lesson and would utilize the suggestions
provided in the following lesson. He also developed as a self-reflector and would be able to provide
feedback to himslef after each lesson. All of the above qualities that Mr. Levin possesses and
continues to develop will provide him with the necessary tools to be an effective educator.
