    Dear Parents:
    On behalf of Rocklin Academys faculty and staff, we would like to thank the parents,
    grandparents and other family members who volunteered their time to our school throughout the
    2014-2015 school year. Through the graciousness of these dedicated people, many hours were
    donated to the parent partnership of our schools. The PSP accomplished a great deal in our
    inaurual year by coordinating many activities this year. Thank you to those of you who donated
    to our first Annual Giving Campaign. Because of your support, our students education was
    enhanced deeply! We, the school, cannot be successful without the help of our wonderful
    parent community.
    Looking ahead to the 2015-2016 school year, we would like to welcome our new and returning
    families. The faculty and staff are all looking forward to a fantastic year. Please read this entire
    letter; it includes important updates about the various activities which will soon take place at our
    schools.
    We are very excited about a few new things happening at our schools. First, we are thrilled to
    have Kristel Kamrar serving as our TK-8th Grade Math Instructional Coach, and Eve Fabiaschi
    serving as our TK-8th Grade English Language Arts Instructional Coach. Their primary role will
    be to support teachers in their instruction, as well as to continue to work to develop our
    curricular program to meet the needs of all of our students.
    Additionally, we have been working with OverDrive, an e-library system, to build an e-library for
    all of the Rocklin Academy Family of Schools schools. Please be looking for more information
    about how your child will be able to access reading material through this system on their iPad.
    We are currently working to select texts that support our program, and to continue to foster a
    love of learning in our students.
    Please remember that the office will be closed the month of July. We will reopen on August 3 rd.
    Class lists will be posted at Rocklin Academy Gateway on Friday, August 7, at 4:00pm.
