(a) Compute 4- point DFT of a causal three sample sequence is given by,

(a) State and prove shifting property,circular convolution & parsevals theorem of DFT.
2. Compute the DFT for the sequence {1, 2, 0, 0, 0, 2, 1, 1} using radix -2 DIF FFT and radix -2
DIT- FFT algorithm.
3. Find the output y(n) of a filter whose impulse response is h(n) = {1, 1, 1} and input signal x(n)
= {3, -1, 0, 1, 3, 2, 0, 1, 2, 1} using Overlap add and Overlap save method.
4.Derive and draw the radix -2 DIT and DIF algorithm for FFT of 8 points.
5. Determine IDFT of the following
(a)X(k)={1,1-j2,-1,1+j2}
(b)X(k)={1,0,1,0}
(c)X(k)={1,-2-j,0,-2+j}
6. Determine the circular convolution of the two sequences x1(n)={1, 2, 3, 4} x2(n)={1, 1, 1, 1}
and prove that it is equal to the linear convolution of the same.

6. Design a Chebyshev digital low pass filter with the following specifications.
pass band ripple 1 dB, pass band edge = 4Khz,stop band attenuation 40 dB,
stop band edge = 6Khz & sampling rate = 24Khz. Use bilinear transformation.

has a symmetric unit sample response and a frequency response that

5. The transfer function for an FIR filter is given by H(z)=1-1.334335z-1 + 0.9025z-1 Draw the
realization diagram for each of the following cases. (i) Transversal structures (ii) a two-stage
lattice structure. Calculate the values of the coefficients for the lattice structure.
