    The Blob Assessment Sheet

    Students must demonstrate the ability to run at a normal pace


    throughout the game.
    Students in the blob must be able to work together with their
    teammates to tag more people.
    The teacher will use the following scale to assess students
    performance of teamwork throughout the entire game.

    Even though this is a team activity, the teacher will assess each
    student individually to get a better idea of what goals each student has
    accomplished. At the end of the game, the teacher will review the
    objectives that were discussed at the beginning of the lesson. This will
    serve as the formative assessment for the lesson. Reviewing the
    objectives will show the students understanding of the concepts they
    explored throughout the lesson.
