The document discusses the importance of using precise language to accurately convey one's intended meaning from one mind to another. It advises expressing oneself in a clear, simple manner using well-chosen, significant terms and giving one's thoughts a harmonious structure to avoid being unclear or complex, but rather be clear and intelligible to the audience.
