SHIPPING AND BILLING INFORMATION

TERMS OF PAYMENT Prepayment: Prepayment, in U.S. funds, is required by individuals and private industry, and must include shipping and handling charges, or written authorization to forward merchandise and shipping charges collect. All orders are subject to acceptance by Karas Technical Services. Credit: Open billing will be extended to federal, state, county, municipal agencies and private industry after acceptance by Karas Technical Services only. Orders must be accompanied with a voucher or purchase order. MasterCard and Visa are also accepted upon request. Minimum Order: Minimum order amount is $50.00 net, shipping and handling charges not included. Tax: any orders to be shipped to destinations within the State of California must include state sales tax (8%), unless exempt. Include resale certificate. Transportation: All shipments are made F.O.B. Watsonville, California. Shipments inside the U.S.A. will be made by United Parcel Services (UPS) or Parcel Post. Shipments can be made via other methods, including air freight, common carrier or express mail delivery, as specified by the customer, and at additional, prevailing rates. Foreign Shipments: Prepayments or irrevocable guarantee of payment by corresponding U.S.A. bond is required. Prepayment must include air or cargo freight insurance, document charges, etc. and must be payable at sight upon shipment Warranty: Karas Technical Services warrants only to the first purchaser that the equipment manufactured by us will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Defects caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, negligence, unauthorized repairs and other causes beyond the control of Karas Technical Services are not covered by this warranty. Damage caused by faulty or leaky batteries is not covered by this warranty. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description herein, either as to merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. Returned Merchandise: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless authorized by Karas Technical Services in advance. Returns or exchanges on stock items authorized by Karas Technical Services returned within ten (10) days will be subject to a restocking charge of 20%. Returns on custom made items will not be permitted under any condition. Price Changes: All prices are subject to change without notice.
