Dear Sir/Madam:
Greetings of Peace and Goodwill! The Cavite State University Imus Campus has designed a curriculum for students to complete an On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program as part of the requirements this semester. This off-campus activity aims to provide the students with a work experience to give him/her a realistic exposure to organizational bureaucratic environment; receive hands-on experience in a variety of departments; and polish communication skills in an intimate, supervised atmosphere. Moreover, we would like to equip them with competencies and skills to be globally competitive. In pursuance of this mission, we believe that your agency/firm could be a very competent venue in developing and enhancing our students capabilities. The experiences and insights that would be learned from your good office, with benevolent deed and utmost cooperation, would be a very valuable contribution to their personal and sustainable developments and to the College as well. In view of this, we have highly chosen your prestigious institution to be a partner in the realization of the objectives; hence, we are requesting your assistance in placing Ms. Lynette Jane C. Punzalan, student of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology as student-trainee in your office. We are anticipating for your favorable response on this matter. Thank you very much and more power! Respectfully yours,
