Declaration of Independence and Sovereignty

Ever since the first signing of the Declaration of Independence from the Continental Congress, whomever would have thought that the United States of America would have fallen into the jurisdiction of criminal misconduct, corruption, and malpractice. Where Representatives on longer represent the people, where the Bill of Rights and the Constitution no longer have any meaning as if it were only worth as a simple piece of paper. We The People have been subjugated to the suffrage and tyrannies of an empire that would make Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, and Abraham Lincoln turn in their graves. The powers have bee construed to the twisting of definitions and the rise of controversy. The people have been being damaged, the people have suffered, the people are being deprived of their life and liberty, and the people are being deprived of their right to pursue happiness. The suffrage surrounds the facts that are eminent and cited within this document that are documenting the threats on the rights of the people and to reduce them under absolute despotism. The history of the present Administration and current established Congress in this country is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let the facts be known and submitted to a candid world, We are being denied our god given rights by threats of a foreign enemy or terrorist group or both. The very terrorist groups that are behind any attacks have had a role provided by our Government. The Congress has been corrupted to the point where Executive Fiat is the law of the land. The three branches of government are further dissolving into one complex branch of limitless power. The elections have been fixed to only vote in one outside candidate to run against the current candidate. Third parties are discouraged while monopolies of power are encouraged. The basic patient Bill of Rights and our personal health choices are being threatened by Bureaucrats. The choices of what we are allowed to eat are being dictated by Bureaucrats. People are being poisoned right and left which is evident while the public servants refuse to take action. The people have been denied basic representation in any particular issue that conflicts with the special interest groups, an outside unelected party which call all the shots in our Government. Our taxes are rising and many laws are passed without the consent of the governed. The government has used agencies and bureaucrats to harass the people and eat them of their substance. The government has implied consent to deny people liberty. The government has engaged in illegitimate wars and has the power to kill anyone who challenges the status quo. The parents being denied of their right and beliefs to how they should raise their children. Laws are selective encouraged. The very threat of terrorism or violence is being used everyday to rob the people of their basic liberties. Peaceful protesting has bee threatened by statutory penalties. The corruption that has plagued the Federal Government has spread to the states, the counties, the local municipal councils making it nearly impossible to defeat without suffrage being inflicted upon the people. When people send certified expert testimony, affidavits, documentation, and evidence to back the issue being presented before the state and Federal representatives, it is mainly ignored then thrown out with implied representation by the will of a few people. The special interests that work for the private Federal Reserve bank has hijacked legal control of the nations currency since the year 1913 and can inflate then deflate the currency causing rise in unnecessary taxation and inflation, then imploding the country and it's assets. The country has gone into debt with every war that has been waged, while small banking groups have funded both sides of every war since the American civil war in the 1860's. Any president or politician that does wish to keep the three branches and refuse to follow the special interests that work with the Federal Reserve have ended up dead, maimed, or lose their status as a politician. Anybody who exposes any corrupt politician has suffered by blackmail, extortion, threats, being set-up for crimes not committed, and has been forced to endure suffering by other means. People are put under constant surveillance in the streets, stores, and even in their own personal homes. The Federal and State Bureaucrats and their occupying armies has engaged in war at home to ensure the absolute compliance with the nations state denying Habeas Corpus. The courts have interpreted the definitions of law and Constitution slowly away from it's intention and has found loopholes to deny the people of their basic liberties. The Executive branch is maintained a high unobstructed power over the people, while the legislative branch has been engaged in bribery and corruption to pass bills to laws that they know are damaging the people and taking away their liberties, while the Judicial branch is unwatched and can engage in any ruling they wish whether they account the facts and the law or not. Injuries inflicted are being protected instead of punished by civil and criminal penalties thus has denied the people the right to sue for damages held against them. The Military Commissions Act has destroyed any power left in the legislature. The states that have elected the Federal Government of the United States has grown out of control to where the states powers were seized then people are ruled by a foreign and out-of-state government system. The districts of representatives have grown to an enormous size to where the government can no longer handle representing a fair amount of people and have led to a stressed government where representation is becoming a luxury more then a required duty for a representative form of government. Representation is being given to higher classes while the commoners cannot receive the ear of the representative without giving high amounts of contributions to their campaigns. America has always had in it's legal documentation the rights, liberties, and securities of the people. The right to pursue happiness. The rule of law under equal due process for all the people whether a public servant of the people or a regular common person has been threatened. Also equality for all people no matter what color, gender, sexual orientation, and religious beliefs is being threatened. The solution to the racism and discrimination is to take more freedoms and liberties away same as with the terrorism excuse. The State has threatened that any freedom and liberty we enjoy will make our nations vulnerable to the threat of foreign and domestic terrorism while the government has sponsored and supported terrorism for foreign occupations as same as the Roman empire or any other ancient tyranica Empire. This country and it's people have had enough of endless corruption and slavery. The purpose of this Second Declaration of Independence and Sovereignty is to give consent only to an accountable and representative form of government. When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the Page 2 of 4 --- Declaration of Independence and Sovereignty --- Legal Document

separation. That is what this Declaration symbolizes for the people of this nation. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. - That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. Such has been the patient sufferance of the people within this country; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned all levels and branches of the government for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury, denial, and in many cases it was ignored. A President or even a Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people. We, therefore, the unrepresented and injured people of the united States of America, in peaceful assembly, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these states and territories, solemnly publish and declare, That the united undersigned of this declaration are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent from government rule by the Federal Government and the states until the corruption and criminality that has plagued the federal to the local governments has subsided; that the undersigned are Absolved from all Allegiance to the United States of America and to the states that have violated our trust, and that all political connection between the undersigned and the United States and the state that the undersigned resides in, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent people, they have full Power to reform the government back to it's Constitutional republic with democratic elections. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor; that when signing this Declaration we are peacefully declaring our Sovereignty and thus remove ourselves from the Lawful Jurisdiction and Jurisprudence of the state and the United States. We give up our consent to be governed and reserve our individual power we have given collectively to the states and the United States until all such corruption and abuse, usurpations of political power, and financial enslavement have been totally dissolved; and that the government can guarantee better safeguards for our future security to prevent these abuses from happening in the future. We have declared that we lost faith in government therefore we wish to be free from the rule of corrupt and criminal governance.
