You can toggle between English and Urdu by pressing Ctrl-Space. Also you can choose the menu item Toggle Language from the Language menu.

Text Box The Text Box defines the bounds within which the text can be entered.
Textbox Creation
To create a Textbox first select Text Box Tool. Now you can create a textbox in the following two ways
With Mouse Click in the Document Area, drag the mouse with mouse button pressed. If you want to create square Textbox keep the SHIFT pressed while dragging the mouse. Leave the mouse button when the requisite dimensions of the Text Box have been achieved.
Columns
You can specify the number of columns and the gutter size for a selected text box. By default, a text box is assumed to be of single column. Title Text Box
Title Text Box is a Text Box with text bounds only on three sides. The fourth side is floating and is actually decided by the amount of text inside the Title Text Box.
Thus for a Vertical Line Direction, the left of the box is flexible and for a Horizontal Line Direction, the bottom is flexible. As you enter text into Title Text Box, the flexible side gets recalculated. A Title Text Box is used for headlines, page numbers etc.
Picture Box
The picture box defines the bounds within which the picture can be pasted. You have the option to construct one of the following three types of picture boxes
Move the mouse so that the arrow cursor gets displayed over the Picture box. Click the mouse button on top of the Picture box. The Picture box gets selected with eight handles appearing in black. If the Picture box is locked then the eight handles appear in gray color.
Object Moving
To move an object, you should first select the Arrow Tool. Now select the object that you want to move. You can move a selected object in one of the following three ways With Mouse Press the mouse button on top of the object. While keeping the mouse pressed, move the mouse. The object will drag with the mouse. Release the mouse button where you want the object to move to. With Arrow Keys Press on one of the four Arrow keys. The arrow keys move the object in the direction of the arrow key. If you want faster movement, keep the arrow key pressed. Keeping Control Key pressed along with the Arrow key allows you to move in fraction of points. You can set the amount to move per key stroke in the Application Preferences. With Ribbon/Format Object Dialog Enter the new X and Y positions in the ribbon or dialog and press Enter.
Border
To specify border carry out the following steps Specify the width of the border in points. Select the color in the border color combo box. Specify whether the border is to drawn inside or outside. Select a Border Style.
Graphic Box
The Graphic Box enables you to draw a box with a specified border and a specified fill color. A graphic box is constructed in the standard way of first selecting the Picture Box Tool, clicking in the Document Area, dragging the mouse with mouse pressed and then leaving the mouse when the requisite dimensions have been achieved. A selected graphic box with eight handles now appears. By default, the graphic box has a black border of 1 point, does not have a fill color and the runaround of the box is also set to none. You have the option to construct one of the following three types of graphic boxes
Elliptical Graphic Box Creating Selecting Moving Resizing Border Runaround Interchanging various Picture box types Graphic box Creation To create a Graphic box first select one of the three Graphic box Tools. Now you can create a Graphic box in the following two ways With Mouse Click in the Document Area, drag the mouse with mouse button pressed. If you want to create square Graphic box keep the SHIFT pressed while dragging the mouse. Release the mouse button when the requisite dimensions of the Graphic box have been achieved. With Graphic box object Ribbon A Graphic box object ribbon appears with its dimensions appearing as blank. Enter the left-top (or right top for right to left documents) and width and height dimensions of the required Graphic box. Press Enter.
Object Moving

With Ribbon/Format Object Dialog Enter the new X and Y positions in the ribbon or dialog and press Enter Object Resizing A selected object can be resized in one of the following two ways With Mouse Move the mouse on top of the object. At the borders and on top of the selection points of the object, the cursor will change to resize arrow cursor. Press the mouse button down. Now as the mouse is dragged the object outline will follow the mouse to keep track of the changing object dimensions. Release the mouse button when the requisite dimensions have been achieved. From Ribbon or Dialog Box In the ribbon (or in the Format Object dialog) corresponding to selected object, enter the new dimensions. Press Enter. Creating a Line
Select the Line Tool from the Tools Bar. Now click with the CROSS cursor in the document Area and while keeping the mouse pressed, drag the mouse. The Ribbon shows the two end points of the line. In the normal mode, you can draw orthogonal lines. That is you can draw horizontal, vertical or lines at 45 degrees. For a horizontal straight line, move the mouse horizontally. For a vertical straight line, move the mouse vertically. If a 45 degree line is required, move the mouse such that the amount of movement both horizontally and vertically is same. Drawing Line at Any Angle To draw lines at any angle, keep the SHIFT key pressed while creating or resizing the line. Changing the Width of the Line First select the line. Enter the new value in the Width field of the ribbon and press enter/return.
Entering Text
To key text inside a textbox, you first need to be in Text Editing Mode. The Text Editing Mode is identified by a blinking cursor in a textbox. To enter into a Text Editing Mode, first choose the IBEAM Tool from the Tool Bar. Now with the cursor appearing as a dotted IBEAM click on top of an intended textbox. The outer boundary of the textbox will become black and a caret will start blinking. The blinking caret signifies the position in the textbox where the text gets entered if you press any key. As you enter text, the caret moves to a new position. If the text entered is more than the available space in the textbox, then an overflow line is displayed at the bottom of the textbox. This line signifies that the text has overflowed the textbox. You should now undertake one of the following measures Increase the size of the textbox. Remove extra text, or Link this textbox with a new textbox so as to let the overflowed text flow into the new textbox.
This option lets you to specify paragraph formatting attributes for selected text. Paragraph Format dialog is displayed with following items. Alignment: Choose Left, Centered, Right, Justified and Forced Justify Alignment styles for selected paragraphs. Indents: Beginning: This option sets the Indent amount at beginning of line for lines after the first line of selected paragraphs. End: This option sets the Indent amount at end of line for all lines in the selected paragraphs. First line: This option sets the Indent value for first lines of selected paragraph. Line Spacing: Line Height: This option decides height of each line in the selected paragraph. The value specified is the distance between the top of the line and bottom of the line. Text is drawn centered within this Spacing. If Auto is specified for this option then Inpage automatically finds out the text height in the line and adds some percentage to the text height. This value is then used for Line Spacing. The extra percentage can be changed from the Preference option. Interline Gap: This option sets the gap between lines of the selected paragraphs. Tab: Default Stop: This option chooses the gap between default tab stops in the document. A tab character tabs to the next default tab position if no tabs are specified after the tab character. Breaks: Selecting Page Break from the Breaks combo box takes the current paragraph to the beginning of the next page. Selecting Column Break inserts a column break for the current paragraph. This takes the current paragraph to the beginning of the next column. Keep Together: Check this option to disallow splitting of selected paragraphs across columns or frames. Keep With Next: Check this option to disallow next paragraph to be in different frame of column. Window: Enter number of lines at top of paragraph after which the selected paragraphs can break across columns and frames Orphan: Select number of lines at end of paragraph where the paragraph is not allowed to break.
Paragraph Spacing:
Before: This option sets the space before the paragraph. This spacing will not be applied to paragraphs at top of Box. After: This option sets the space after the paragraph. This spacing will not be applied for paragraphs ending at Box bottom. Character Alignment: You can align the Latin/Arabic text either on the baseline in which case you should select the baseline character alignment option. If you wish to center align the text by choosing the Center Align option. Add To Table of Contents: You can add the selected paragraph as a table of content entry.

Style sheet
Style sheet is a collection of Character, Paragraph, Hyphenation and Borders attributes. This collection of attributes is given a name a Style sheet name. To apply these set of attributes to a paragraph apply the style sheet to the paragraph. If you modify various text attributes in a style sheet then the change is applied to all the paragraphs to which this style sheet is applied.
Right to Left: Click this option if you wish to keep the flow of text from Right to Left. Column: Width and Gap: This allows you to modify column widths of the selected columns. Table: Indents: You can specify the amount of indent within the Cell. Alignment: Choose the text alignment within the cell is on the Left, Right or Centered. Menu Format: Table Layout The Table Layout dialog allows you to carry out the following operations Row: Allows you to insert/delete a row before or after the current row. Column: Allows you to insert/delete a column before or after the currently selected column. Split or Merge Cells: Merges the currently selected cells of the table. For cells merged with the previous merge command, this command enables you to split the cell.
Menu File:Export...
Export Text: This menu item is enabled in Text Edit Mode. You will have to select the text to export. On choosing this menu item, you will be prompted with a Dialog which includes File Name: Enter the file name that you want the exported text to be saved in. List Files of type: Select the type of file to export. Folders: Choose the appropriate directory where the text to be exported. Drives: Choose the appropriate drive. Only the selected text will be exported. To export all text choose Select All (Ctrl-A) and then export. Export Picture:. This menu item is enabled when you are in Picture Edit Mode. Now you can convert the existing picture to one of the types specified in the Picture Export dialogs. File Name: Enter the file name that you want the exported picture to be saved in. List Files of type: Select the type of picture to export. The following export types are supported. GIF, JPEG, TGA, TIF, PCX, EPS, BMP Folders: Choose the appropriate directory where the picture to be exported. Drives: Choose the appropriate drive.
Find Replace
To help you locate and change text inside a text chain, Find/Replace commands have been provided. Find Replace has an English and Urdu text toggle. In English mode you can find English text while in Urdu mode Urdu text can be entered in the Find Text field. You can further restrict the search by specifying whether Inpage should match case and/or complete words. See Also: Find description in the Menu Edit Commands Details
To cut object, you will first have to select the object or objects which you want to cut. Now choose the Cut menu item from the Edit menu. The selected object will be removed from the from the document and will be placed in the clipboard. Now you can paste this object or object(s) with the paste menu Menu Edit: Copy Copy copies the selected text, the selected picture or the selected object(s) into the clipboard. Copy is similar to Cut but the difference is that Copy does not delete the selected text or selected object(s) from the document. Menu Edit: Clear Clear is equivalent to Delete. It does not affect the Clipboard in any way. Clear can be used for deleting selected text, selected picture or selected objects. Menu Edit: Paste You can paste copied text or objects from the clipboard into the document. To paste text, you will have to be in the Edit Text mode. On selecting the paste menu item, text is pasted at the insertion point in the Text Box. If some text is already selected, then during paste that text is overwritten. To paste picture, ensure that you are in Picture Edit Mode. On selecting the Paste menu item, the clipboard picture is pasted onto the selected picture box. If there are objects selected into clipboard, then on choosing the Paste menu item from the Edit menu, the Paste cursor becomes visible. On clicking with this cursor at any point on the page, the objects from the pasteboard are copied at that point.
