Islamic Lessons From The Qur'an Part 1
S (AS) - Sharjah
Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem
The concept behind this book is to make Children understand these Qur’anic
ayahs by colouring in the beautiful pictures pertaining to each topic – and
then easily memorize them.
This series has been divided into two parts – this being the 1st part of the
compilation. In order to suit the understanding and mental level of Children, a
few select verses have been compiled in this series – thus making it different
from the original adaptation.
The verses and illustrations have been compiled using material from Farsi
books published by the Jami’ah Quran Al Kareem in Qum Al Muqaddas
named ﺁﻳﻪ هﺎ و ﻧﻘﺎﺷﻲ هﺎand illustrated by Khwahar Farishta Muna’my.
The purpose of the original adaptation was to learn these Qur’anic ayahs by
Actions (دﺑﺴﺘﺎن )ﺁﻣﻮزﺷﻲ ﺷﻴﻮهﻰ اﺷﺎرﻩ ﻣﻘﻄﻊ زﻳﺮfollowing a Hifdh Al Qur’an
course taught in Qum (Iran) for toddlers and children from 2 years up till 5
years of age.
We have solely tried to translate this effort into English – as well as add small
pointers which we hope will be useful for Children of our Community.
With prayers for the Reappearance of the Last Hujjat of Allah (SWT)
• The Holy Prophet (SAWW) has said: The reward of saying Salaam carries 70
blessings. But Allah (SWT) grants 69 blessings for the person who says it first, and 1
blessing for the person who replies to it.
• So be the first to say AS SALAAMU ALAYKUM on seeing fellow Muslims!
• The reply to SALAAM is WA ALAYKUM SALAAM!
• AS SALAAMU ‘ALAYKUM means ‘Peace be upon you’. When you say this, we should
really mean it like a Du’a to the person you meet, that may Allah (SWT) keep him in
His protection and give him Peace.

• Like the Ka’bah is the house of Allah (SWT), we should also respect the places where
the Zikr of Allah (SWT) is done.
COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS AND ALLAH (SWT) WILL GIVE YOU MORE!!

“And making peace is better.”
Surah An Nisaa, Verse 128
When two believers are quarrelling, Islam teaches us to make peace between them
and not to add wood to the fire.
Whoever encourages a fight or quarrel is not a believer! Because he is doing the job
of shaitaan!
