The hydraulic brake system control consists of the following components: - Brake oil cooler tank (1)(A) - Brake cooler pump (2)(B) - Brake oil cooler (3)(C) - Rear frame (4)(D) Also shown is the transmission (5)(E).
BRAKE SCREENS
B
The screens (A) for the front brakes cooling circuit are mounted to the front axle housing. Each screen has a check valve (not shown) to prevent oil from flowing in the reverse direction. The brake cooling screens are canister type screens with replaceable elements.
These views show the screen (B) for the right and left rear wheel brake cooling circuit. They are mounted to the axle housing between the axle housing and the trunnion.
The rear brake cooling screens are also equipped with check valves (not shown) to prevent the oil from flowing in the wrong direction. T h e re a r b ra k e c o o l i n g s c re e n s a re a l s o canister type screens with replaceable elements.
High pressure screen (B) is between the implement pump and the relief valve group (C). Each individual implement pump is equipped with it own high pressure screen and relief valve. The relief valve pressure is adjusted by rotating the adjustment screw (A). Also, the relief valve group (C) is equipped with a check valve (not shown) with free flow out of the valve.
F J E H
The hydraulic brake system control consists of the following components: - Steering and brake hydraulic tank (A) - Service brake control valve (B) - Parking brake control valve (C) - Brake pump (D) - Brake accumulators (E) - Check Valves (F) - Divider Block (G) Also shown for relationship of the brake components on the machineare the left side steering cylinder (H) and the rear frame (J).
B E C
This illustration shows the location of the brake pump (D) and the checkvalve (9) on the rear pump drive (F). Also shown is the steering and brake hydraulic tank (A) and brake cooling tank (E). Installed on the steering and brake hydraulic tank are the temperature sensor (C) and the liquid level switch (B) (the liquid level switch is located on the opposite side of the tank). The temper atur e sensor f o r t h e s t e e r i n g a n d b r a k e h y d r a u l i c o i l ( C ) communicates with the VIMS module. The liquid level switch (B) for the oil in the steering and brake hydraulic tank communicates with the VIMS module. Also shown are the steering and brake oil cooling pump (H) and the hose (G) that is connected to the dividing block for the brake accumulators (not shown).
