This is related with the chemicals that used as raw materials based on MSDS is also doesnt have significant potential hazard. But, the most damaged hazard that must behave special notice based on consideration the parameter of the hazard impact and the frequency is electrical problems due to equipments condition , production condition on moulding unit. That hazard can cause workers injured, equipments and the plastic output of molding process are not desired. Since our plant produce an assembly product and one of the concern is in the chasing and the point in moulding process unit, so this is have big impact to influence the production and output product. The prevention of this hazard identification is by settling the electrical cable location, workers use personal protective equipment, good and frequent equipment maintenance.
