Outline: As we all know that Energy plays a pivotal role in our daily life. Energy is
everywhere and it transforms everything. Energy Practices in current societies, to
do this assignment I will focus on different aspects of energy like:

Importance of Energy in Current Societies or in our daily life.


Different Energy practiceses in current societies.
Dependency on Fossil fuels.
Lack of Energy conservation techniques using by current societies.
Lack of interest given to alternative sources of Energy.
Less focus on energy efficiency.
How current societies waste resources and their ignorance about energy
crisis.
Lack of interest in using Renewable Energy Resources.
I will be also focus on human nature that how Energy is being consumed.
Role of status in current societies while using different appliances.
No Energy policy in some societies, Energy mix (How much we use coal,
natural gas, fuel, Hyrdo etc in coming year).
Conclusion.

Explanation:
Lets start with the importance of Energy:
Energy is everywhere and it transforms everything
It helps us survive and frees us to pursue fuller lives in thousands of ways.
People use energy for home, work and travel. People also use energy indirectly in
ways they may not think about by purchasing goods that took energy to

manufacture, package and ship; by making use of hospitals, schools and public
safety services; or simply by using the Internet.
Energy is about people individuals and societies using electricity,
transportation fuels and other energy to make life better. From 2010 to 2040, the
worlds population is projected to rise from 7 billion to nearly 9 billion, and the
global economy will more than double.
Growing economies mean more people can afford the hallmarks of a middle-class
lifestyle, such as better homes, air conditioning, appliances, personal vehicles and
computers.
Energy practices by current societies there are both negative and positive
practices taken by current societies. By the word negative I mean that current
societies implement some practices which are totally against to current
conditions they dont taking this into minds that the resources on which they are
relying are not enough and due to present activities we move towards depletion
of these resourses. And by positive I mean that some societies do practices like
using Renewable resourses(Solar, Wind, Hydro, Geo-Thermal etc) which are in
favour of present conditions.
There is no Rule regarding consumption of Energy resourses specially in Pakistan.
Pakistan is having large coal reserves (185 million tons) but no use these
resources uptill now. Lets look at Electricity, wastage of electricity in homes,
schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, offices etc. It is the delima of current
societies that if they are using electricity at home they feel little bit consiousness
about wastage that use as minimum as possible but when the are using electricity
in schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, offices etc they feel free to use as
much as possible Electricity which is totally wrong practice taken by current
socieies.
