instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Safety, Quality & Environment:

Follow all relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and
instructions so that personal safety/the safety of others is not jeopardized
and a minimum level of environmental impact can be guaranteed.

Health, Safety, & Environment:


Supports the Regional / Area HS Officer to create a HS culture of the highest
standards in the factory, through instant identification and correction of unsafe
behavior, unsafe work practices and violation of environmental protection
measures.

Liaison:
Establishes and maintains contact with the Civil Defense Authorities and
commercial emergency services in the vicinity to ensure awareness about
our presence and location, and to obtain and continuously update
information about availability and capacity of health and emergency services
nearest to the factory.

VI. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Continue.


DESCRIPTION:
Safety Inspection:
Regularly inspects plant facilities, operating conditions, equipment and tools
and reviews work procedures and processes, to identify safety hazards and
provide advice on preventive measures. Prepares safety inspection reports
for the benefit of the safety officers and work location supervisors.
Employee Welfare:
Regularly inspects company-provided employee accommodations, mess hall
hygiene, food quality and maintenance of leisure facilities in the Factory to
ensure that employee welfare meets acceptable levels.

Safety Audit:
Participates in safety audits to evaluate compliance with safety procedures
and raises non-conformance reports to local management.

Safety Surveillance:
Conducts surveillance of all work areas in the factory to ensure that company
safety procedures, including the Work Permit system, are properly
implemented.

precautions and rules.

Safety Communication:
Promptly updates the safety statistics sign board, safety signs and notice
boards to effectively communicate safety messages at the factory.

Incident Investigation:
Investigates incidents in company locations by examining incident sites,
interviewing victims and witnesses for preliminary identification of possible
causes and to prepare factual incident reports.

Documentation and Follow Up:


Maintains all relevant records related to incidents, safety noncompliances
and training sessions at the factory, for reference. Follows up on the
corrective actions to prevent recurrence of incidents and non-compliances.
