Checking concerned cells configuration on snapshot is matching other

working cells
Checking on antenna connections at the site and clearing unrelated alarms

to be sure it is not affecting
The cells are not showing a degraded or down status on WMS and no
particular alarm on the HFB is related to these specific cells but they are
carrying 0 traffic.
Core network MSC is confirming the cells are well defined from their end.

Any idea how is IP transport, is it stable?

As per alarm seen Investigation on IP link is suggested, suspecting
transmission
media stability.
Alarm description:
If NodeB has been configured to support IP Transport as an option to carry

Plane traffic, this alarm is raised when RNC detects loss if IP connectivity
to
the NodeB. All the Iub User Plane traffic carried on the IP transport is
lost and

DT team informs us for these tests, they were only camped on frequency F6
cells
while the trouble is on F5 cells for all the cases we have encountered.
Instead, I have uploaded another DT Log where we locked F6 cells to force

the UE
to camp on F5:

In addition to Abdessamads comments below, please note 2 points:
All cells which refuse to carry traffic are F5 cells
Not ALL F5 cells are refusing to carry traffic
For example, site 0210, radio team reports F5 cells A, B, D are not carrying
traffic. But cell F5 C is carrying traffic.

But when I log on to ccm and type: telnet 192.168.1.103 or telnet

dont get connected to CEM. I dont get connected to anything.
Can you confirm the IP to telnet is 192.168.1.(10+slot) ?

The MC-TRDU that does not carry traffic, was operating in 2G+ 3G( 5G)
mode.
Running software was wrong.
2.
MCTRDU was up and running, cell was also up but
latch to
UE was not able to
MC-TRDU cell. So no RRC connect attempt. This leads to zero call on those
cell
hosted by MC-TRDU.
Recommendation made:
3.
Upgrade nodeB from existing software to 13.3.9 EP2(UNB1330C203).
4.
Software upgrade rectified the software in MC-TRDU.
Observation from site:
1.
The
MC-TRDU started taking call from morning today. The issue is resolved.
confirmation is received from local team as well.

In the provided RCA,

Memory Bank 1 or bank 2 were not consistently loaded with 3G software.
Few MC-RRH, which was loaded with 3G running software, had come up and
taking call.
Those MC-RRH, which were not loaded with 3G running software, could not take
call.
So, Why this happen although same MOP was used for all RRH?
Even for same sites, some RRHs were ok and some were not
I believe we need to study RCA of this issue which lead us to the reported
issue

In RCA, I have clearly mentioned following points in my RCA.

When we activated 3G origin software, it had

Here is our MOM.
1.
The attached PPT is not RCA. It is our findings and recommendation.
RCA should
be conducted by supply chain and factory organization.
2.
Since investigation is completed, proper recommendation was made and
issue is
resolved, CCI on software could be closed. It is agreed in the call.
3.
New RCA process would be triggered and would be passed to SCN and
factory
organization.
4.
Local team and L3 team will work offline to
potential issues
resolve few more
that are detected during investigation. New AR could be raised for tracking
those
activities.
