Walking in Nature
By SaveaRm 2
I saw the wind blow gently on the dry leaves. I saw a black bird playing in
the sky.
I saw trees blowing in the wind. They look like flying carpets. I heard the
gentle wind whisper in my ears.
I heard leaves rattling on the tree. I heard more black birds singing. I felt
like I was walking on a wet soft carpet. I felt incredible because I was seeing
nature. I felt safe because I was in nature.
Congratulations-to Leah and Carlos who have made it into Regional Cross Country in

proud of you.
Congratulations To the Epuni Giants Miniball Team. Great final guys and well done for coming 4th. We are very proud of you guys.

Sore ThroatsIf your child has a sore throat then it is important that they get it checked by
their doctor. Sore throats can be caused by certain types of germs. If this germ is not treated,
it may cause rheumatic fever. Rheumatic fever is preventable. Treatment can be as simple as
making sure your child is treated for strep throat with antibiotics taken once a day for 10 days.

from the moment they began. You presented Epuni Primary School with such pride.
Thank you goes to Matua Whaits
who teaches our Kapa Haka and
Whaea Ana for all your hard
work. Contributions from our

event possible.
