In this brochure we will explain how you can drive your operation towards new goals, and still have
time left over for your family. It’s all about design and innovation. It’s a matter of future-orientated
technology, which means that your tractor can carry out more tasks, more efficiently. Better
performance, quite simply, so that you can work faster and enjoy peace of mind.

The new Quicke Dimension loader range delivers engineering without compromise. As a result, you
can sit safely behind the wheel in the knowledge that:

A little smarter, a lot better. Try to find a more versatile connection and disconnection
system than Lock & Go. You will save many seconds when changing your tractor from
job to job, with no problems in the shape of hot exhaust pipes, tools, loose parts or un-
even ground. The result over a full working year is many more relaxing moments.
1 | Connection: First connect the hydraulics. When the front of the bucket is
pressed against the ground, the loader sinks down into the subframe. The locking
wheel is then pressed against the subframe with the aid of the lift cylinders. The
design of the subframe guides the locking wheel into place. At the same time, the
wheel is turned towards a lug on the subframe, whereupon a short, strong locking
pin with a diameter of 40 mm is automatically pushed into the locked position.
From the drivers seat, a green marking is now visible on the inside of the arm.
2 | Disconnection: Pull out the locking pin and turn the locking wheel. Release
the sprung locked support legs, and place them on the ground ready to lift the
loader off the subframe. Lock & Go is now ready to be connected again.

EFFICIENCY How do you increase the tractor’s potential and give the world’s operators more peace of mind in
their daily tasks? By looking at their needs, breaking barriers and coming up with new ideas that lead

WORKS to superior loaders. One of Quicke Dimension’s great advantages is its efficiency.
With an efficient loader you achieve greater reliability. It has a solid bearing box with reinforced pins.
In addition, you get superior service accessibility to your tractor. An effective loader is equipped
in a dimension of its own with easy-to-use support legs and an outstanding locking system that allows more versatile working
patterns. That’s without mentioning the fact that you can work long and hard without the slightest
problem – you have a subframe system of the highest quality.
In short, Ground-breaking.

THE QUALITY It’s no coincidence that Quicke is employed on farms all over the world. Karl-Ragnar Åström, him-
self a farmer, had a single goal in mind when he created the first Quicke loader in the 1940s: To facili-

The Quicke loader’s global success has its foundations in devoted work and ruthless, stringent quali-

The demands placed on a tractor are enormous. It has to cope with varying conditions in agricul-
ture, forestry, local authorities, etc. and it has to be ready to work in wet and dry, just about all day
long. Under extreme conditions, it has to work like clockwork.
It is clear that your tractor needs an equally functional loader. And naturally the loader has to be
served by equally effective implements. It is the actual interaction between these units that performs
many of the weighty tasks during your working day.
Quicke’s broad range of implements includes all the types of implement that make your tractor
more versatile. Implements that are employed all around the world, 24 hours a day. Quality prod-
ucts that work for you.

THE LOADER CANNOT FUNCTION
WITHOUT IMPLEMENTS.
Every day, all year round, Quicke loaders carry out work duties for many different
users, from farmers to contractors. Without good-quality, versatile implements, the
loaders would not be as useful. This is why we invest considerable resources in devel-
oping implements that do the Quicke loaders justice. This investment and effort has
resulted in us also being the world’s largest producer of implements for front loaders.

Implement hooks for

various loaders
A: Euro
Euro implement hooks (Ø 40 mm) are the most widely used hook type.
As a result, owners of many different loader makes can also benefit from our A
large implement range.

B: SMS (Svensk Maskin Standard)

These implement hooks (Ø 60 mm) are primarily adapted for Trima’s front loaders.
If a Quicke loader is equipped with a Combi implement subframe Euro/SMS,
it can work with both Euro and SMS implements.

C: Quicke type 3
These implement hooks (Ø 25 mm) have only been used on older
Ålö loaders (up to 1992) with the Quicke type 3 toolcarrier. If a new Quicke b
loader is equipped with a Combi implement subframe Euro/Type 3,
it can work with both Euro implements and with the older type 3 implements.

We can also provide a selection of adapters for other hook systems.

stacking to at least the height of three bales is a simple matter. However, the bottleneck in this process is often the
implement that has to handle and transport the
bales. It is therefore important to select a quality
product that can handle the bales in the right way. If
the implement is not good enough, it can break or
damages the bale plastic and the whole process stops,
expensive equipment and manpower are at a stand-
still and the quality of the silage is impaired.
Our implements are characterised by powerful
bearings in the arms, large implement areas so that
the pressure is distributed optimally and by the to-
tal absence of any sharp edges. We accept no com-
promises – the quality has to be the very best.

Silage Silocut ®

New Silocut - SE
Silocut is a versatile and extremely reliable implement with low maintenance costs. Thanks
to the hardened cutting blades at both the front edge and in the side sections, Silocut leaves a
clean cut surface in the silo. This prevents the admission of air and heat generation, critical for
the quality of the silage. Pay particular attention to the angled side blades that cut against the
sideplate of the implement back. This function, which is not an obvious feature on implements
of this type, ensures maximum cutting force, particularly when the block is to be cut free.
New stronger box of tines of the best quality. The box section is made of a hardened material
that ensures good durability and a long service life. The completely closed design gives a perfect
function also to maize silage and other silage types that often spill out.
Silocut SE 190 and 230 is also available for wheel loaders with Volvo-BM tool carrier.

The perfect all-round implement

If you have a diet feeder that is to be loaded with various feeds, Multibenne is the best
choice. The wishes and requirements to which we have paid particular attention are that:
It should be perfectly suited for its purpose – namely silage handling. The side
ends are therefore tapered so that they can be inserted into the silage more easily.
When the implement is tipped backwards, the high ends come into play, so that loose

Buckets

A bucket is not just a bucket

All buckets are conical and are therefore easy to fill, as the material does not need to be pressed into the bucket. The conical,
“hopper-shaped” design also allows rapid and complete emptying of the bucket.
No matter what your needs are or what demands you stipulate, you will be able to find your new bucket in our range. There
are six different models and a total of 21 different variants. There is also a special, high tip bucket and a grading bucket.
