    Client (Multi Trade Enterprise Ltd.) is to provide at free of cost to Bangladesh Industrial XRay (BIX) the following:

    Work Order / Purchase Order

    Weld No, Code No, Specification, drawing, material identification data

    Code/ Standard, Acceptance Criteria etc

    Gate Pass

    Proper Scaffolding and Lighting [If Required]

    Pre & Post clean of inspected area


    In the event that, the scope of work described in the invitation of Bid is changed or that the
    information provided by the Client proves to be inaccurate and thus effects the extent of
    work to be performed, the tendered (BIX) reserves the right to re-negotiate rates for such
    changes.

    If client unable to ready 10Meter job on each visit then minimum invoice value will be BDT
    10,000.00 / Per Visit.
    6. If testing is cancelled on arrival at the clients premises or on the way to the clients plant
    lump sum cancellation charge of 8,000.00 will apply.
    7. The above price quoted does not include any retention monies, levis, performance bonds
    or any other encumbrance.
    8. An advance of 30% of the estimated bill shall be paid to Bangladesh Industrial X-ray (BIX)
    along with Work Order.
    9. Mobilization Terms: Within 3 (Three) days after receiving the Purchase/Work Order.
    10. Payment Terms: Payment to be made within 7 (Seven) Days after submission our Invoice
    11. Quoted price is Exclusive of VAT/TAX.
    12. The Quotation will remain valid up to end of December 2016.
