    Tenders, in two bid system, containing technical bid with


    Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and the other containing
    financial bid will be received online by the Executive
    Engineer, Krishna River Management Board,
    (hereinafter called Purchaser) online up to 15.00 hours
    on03/11/2016 only and technical bid will be opened online
    by the Purchaser or his authorized representative on
    04/11/2016 at 15.00 hours for preliminary inspection of
    requisite documents of each bid. However detailed technical
    examination shall be carried out subsequently. Only those
    tenders, which are successful in technical evaluation, shall be
    considered further for financial evaluation. The date and time
    for opening of financial bids shall be intimated on later date
    to the technically qualified bidders.
