    The first book report was due last


    Friday. Now its time to pick your
    second book. The next one will be
    due January 13.

    Holiday Party
    Our winter holiday party will be
    this Friday after lunch! Its going
    to be so much fun! Thanks to
    your generous party donations,
    we will be enjoying some yummy
    snacks and making holiday
    projects. A big thanks goes out to Anusha and
    Ibtihal who are planning our party!

    San Juan Bautista

    We have started our new


    unit on California missions!
    To help provide an
    enriching experience for
    this unit, we are planning to
    go to Mission San Juan Bautista on
    January 26th. Woo hoo!
    The two permission slips were sent home in
    the MESH last week.
    Please return both slips, signed, along with
    the donation that makes this trip possible, to
    school by Friday, the 16th.
    We are also asking for parent chaperones
    who are willing to come with us. We will need
    at least 6 parent chaperones. Chaperones
    must have fingerprinting on file with Lincoln.
    Please let me know as soon as possible if
    you will be able to be a chaperone. Your help
    makes this experience possible and is
    GREATLY appreciated!
