    Form-B (Register of Wages Consolidated)
    Form-C (Register of unpaid Fines, Salary and Deductions)

    1. Forms and Annual return to be submitted:


    Form S Notice of employees, their Working hours and weekly holiday etc
    (Whenever required)
    Form V List of National & festival holidays for the coming year (Due:31st December)

    1. Form III- Annual Return under minimum wages Act (Due:31st January)
    2. Form A Return under Tamil Nadu Labour welfare Fund Act along with
    payment

    3. Form K Annual Return under Maternity Benefit Act


    If the number of Staff/Worker exceeds 20:

    1. Form 1 Register of workmen to be maintained


    2. Form 2 Half Yearly return to be submitted for the half year ending 30th June &
    December within 30 day under Tamil Nadu Industrial Estt. (Conferment of
    permanent Status to workmen) Act to the Inspector of Labour having jurisdiction
    over the area.
