Job Responsibilities
Control Measures;
Ensure Welcome calls / Debt verification coverage to all the new facility sanctioned by the
Bank with the newly launched and enhanced limit customers,
Monthly review & revise the service quality benchmarks / monthly quality meeting to ensure
regulatory circulars are adhered,
Vendor management for collections / client verifications activities, constant visits to Agencies to
track the collection target and control the delinquencies.
Following the AML Anti Money Laundering guidelines to avoid financial loss,
Scrutinizing and Escalating all Early warning / Riskencountered in the portfolio
Providing trading pattern feedback of the supplier and buyers account conducts to the
supporting department during the review of the account.
Reinstating the temporary suspension on the accounts whenever triggered
Operational Risk Maintain Banks internal control standards including timely
implementation,
Internal & External audit points together with any issues raised by Regulators.
Liasing with Insurance companies for raising & recovering the claims on NPA accounts.

NTB (New to Business) case & escalate the same as per the escalation matrix for on time
resolution with no revenue loss to Portfolio - SME.

Handling PU agencies overall state or location wise in order to monitor the state PU
resolution against
