    NOTES
    1. ALL DIMENSIONS ARE IN MILLIMETERS UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
    2. THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR SHALL ADHERE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS
    OF SEC STANDARDS DURING THE INSTALLATION OF UNIT SUBSTATION.
    A. CONCRETE SHALL BE MIXED, PLACED AND CURED TO ATTAIN THE MINIMUM
    COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH OF 38 MPA AT 28 DAYS. USE SEVERE EXPOSURE CONCRETE
    AS PER SEC MATERIALS STANDARD SPECIFICATION TI-SMSS-5,REV.3.
    B. REINFORCING STEEL SHALL BE DEFORMED STEEL BARS CONFIRMING WITH SASO SSA-2.
    PROVIDE BARS WITH A MINIMUM YIELD STRENGTH OF 420 MPa. LAP SPLICE LENGTHS
    SHALL COMPLY WITH ACI-318.
    C. 300mm THICK SELECT FILL UNDER CABLE WELL FOUNDATION SHALL BE COMPACTED TO
    95% MAXIMUM DRY DENSITY PER ASTM D-1557 FOR SOILS CONTAINING MORE THAN
    15% MATERIAL PASSING #200 SIEVE OR 85% RELATIVE DENSITY PER ASTM D-4253
    AND D-4254 FOR FREE DRAINING SOILS CONTAINING LESS THAN 15% WEIGHT FINER
    THAN #200 SIEVE NON-PLASTIC MATERIAL.
    D. BACKFILL AND FILL MATERIALS AROUND CABLE WELL SHALL COMPLY WITH COMPANY
    CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS FOR EARTHWORK SEC-Q-002, SECTION 10.1.2, SELECT FILL.
    E. ALLOWABLE SOIL BEARING PRESSURE OF FOUNDATION SOIL SHALL BE GREATER
    THAN 0.75 KG./CM.
    F. FILL LIFTING HOOK RECESSES WITH 1:6 CEMENT / SAND GROUT AFTER INSTALLING.
    3. ALL REINFORCING BARS SHALL BE COATED WITH FUSION BONDED EPOXY
    IN ACCORDANCE WITH 09-SAMSS-106.
    4. UNIT SUBSTATION IDENTIFICATION NUMBER SHALL BE PAINTED ON FOUNDATION.
    5. COMPLETE SCOPE OF CONCRETE FOUNDATION WORK IS SHOWN ON THIS VIEW READY
    FOR INSTALLATION.
    6. CONCRETE COVER TO REBAR SHALL BE 75mm MINIMUM.
