    We, 4th year students of Bachelor in Political Science are conducting this survey in
    correlation with our topic, Reinstating Mandatory ROTC: A Means of Instilling Patriotism and
    Nationalism or Pacing Towards Militarization? in order to determine how senior high students
    perceive this mandatory reinstatement of the program. Please answer the questions truthfully.
