RATIONALE
 The Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) is offered to
young adults both men and women to give contributions on
protecting their country. This program was created after the
passage of the National Defense Act of 1916 that ratified by
congress. Military training is given to  students in order to
motivate and train them to be prepared in case of war or
unexpected situations. There is an army, air force, and navy
which have different programs but have the same goal.
Philippines, Taiwan, and South Korea, including
other countries have a ROTC programs. Reserve
Officers' Training Corps in the Philippines started with
enactment of commonwealth Act NR 1, this act was
Implemented through Executive order NR 207 by Late
President Manuel L. Quezon. It was established at the
University of the Philippines on July 3, 1922. While
National University is the first private university to
have a ROTC unit in 1921.
 ROTC benefits and programs are managed in
accordance with the same standards, despite the fact
that they differ due to different campuses' proximity to
bases and other campuses with ROTC programs.  A
further benefit is the university's dedication of helping
active-duty and former military personnel. In addition,
many students join ROTC for financial advantages.
The assistant director of military and veteran
education benefits at APU, Vannessa Weber, says that
ROTC cadets may be qualified for scholarships that
can cover all or a portion of their tuition.
 Implementing this ROTC mandatory should have a long
decision plan. In case this were implemented by the
potential years, Senior High students are about to change

features and stamina as well. Being involved or signed in
ROTC is a serious way of commitment, including legal
potential action, and has tough training often for students
who have a weak stamina dealing with force strength. It
is usually called a "Nightmare" being implicated in
ROTC.
 This study aims to qualify the perception of Grade 12
students with regards to the implementation of ROTC
program in the Senior High School level. How will
these Grade 12 students respond to the significant
future changes brought about by the new
administration, given that President Ferdinand “Bong
Bong” Marcos Jr. and Vice President  Sara Duterte
wants to equip the much younger generation with the
same skill set? What are the benefits and advantages
of this program and what are the downsides and
disadvantages that come with it.
