North Caspian Operating Company.
Agip KCO is the Operator of the North Caspian Sea Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) on behalf of a
consortium of oil companies: Eni (Operator), KazMunayGas, ExxonMobil, Shell, Total, ConocoPhillips and
INPEX. They are developing 11 blocks in the Kazakhstan sector of the Caspian Sea where the giant field of
Kashagan has been discovered.

BRT site from April-07 to Oct-07.
Following are my responsibilities.
(a) To Lead & monitoring of electrical construction activities, inspection based on Technical specifications of the
project.
(b) To Review & modify pre-com, commissioning procedures submitted by contractors.
(c) Testing & commissioning of 4.5MW/6.6KV Gas Turbine Generator with 6.6KV/400V substation switchgears &
MCCs with relevant NGL Gas processing equipments like MV/LV motors control panels with lighting system.
(c) LOTO system (Lag Out Tag Out) for Isolation activities with PTW system implementation.

(4.2) I Worked as Senior Commissioning Engineer in HVAC system at Shoaiba Power Plant in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
through INTOP INTERNATIONAL CO, ABUDHABI for short term (3 months from May-06 To July-06).
Responsible for independent commissioning of HVAC Package units (PMX540 / 240 type) with necessary auxiliary
equipments in all Electrical Control buildings (sub-stations) of this Power plant.
Preparing As-built drawings and Commissioning documentations like TOP (Turnover Package) & ITPL (Inspection
& Test Plan) preparations & progress updating.

(4.3) I Worked as Electrical Engineer in ENELPOWER CO. [American Engineering Services is the Main client of
this RLPC Project] for 750MW Power Plant with 220KV GIS sub-station at QATAR.
The following Engineering jobs are my Responsibility of this project as short term of 6 month (Jul05 to Dec05).
As-built Drawings preparation with site Modifications based on commissioning and after modifications based on
site conditions (modifications are done with AutoCAD) for 750 MW Power Plant having 4X110MW Gas
turbine Generators (GE9171 model Gas turbines) & 2X180MW Steam Turbine Generators (including 4
heat recovery steam generators (HRSG) with supplementary firing) and 210MW & 450MVA Power
Transformer in 220KV GIS Double-Bus sub-station.
Punch list of jobs are arrange to clear with additionally required items are prepared for approval by the
client and implemented with necessary modifications of relevant documents.

(4.3) I worked as ELECTRICAL ENGINEER in HYUNDAI ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CO. at IRAN
for SOUTH PARS PHASE 4&5 ON-SHORE FACILITIES PROJECT (GAS PLANT with
CAPTIVE POWER PLANT of 4 x 40MW) with the following responsible works (ENI IRAN B.V is main client).
From Jan-2004 to Dec-2004.

The following are my Main Activities in this Project.

Documentation ICAPS (Integrated Commissioning & Planning System) Dossiers preparations and updating of
Pre-com & commissioning activities in ICAPS with updating the progress and monitoring, and Punch list
follow-up.
Pre-commissioning & Commissioning of 160 MW POWER PLANT having Gas / Diesel Turbine Generator
(4x40MW) with 12 SUB-STATIONS of 6K.V panel Board and 400V Switch Board (33KV/6KV switchboards in
main substation & 6KV/400V switchboards in all other substations). With pre-commissioning & commissioning of
HVAC Equipments in all sub-stations & admin building.
 Familiar to adopt HSE Procedure, for General & Electrical protection of safety procedure during Testing,
commissioning & maintenance works with co-ordination of Commissioning section & Client with preparation of
necessary work permits.
In charge of Isolation Authority for All Electrical HV &LV Equipments in Power plant & Gas plant activities.

2. For SBM PROJECT KUITO FIELD PHASE-1 (PROSTER-II) FPSO (Floating production storage offloading) at
SEMBAWANG SHIPYARD Module 2&3, E&I installation including fixing of panel, distribution board, cable wiring
with testing and commissioning and QC inspection with documents.
3. For SBM PROJECT, (ESPADARTE FIELD FPSO-IV) at UDL SHIPYARD (Erected at Keppel Shipyard) Module

corporation, for H.T. power supply, installation, execution, operation and maintenance of 11KV/415V,2 pole structures
with 500KVA Transformer. 1000A.panel board with Interlocking arrangements and 110KVA, 62.5KVA alternators
operation and maintenance with trouble shooting. Operation and maintenance of Sub-switch board, Distribution boards
with MCBs and UG cable wiring repairs and maintenance works executed in 2 different HT services at different places.
Operation and maintenance of machines related to vehicle maintenance, vehicle production and tyre re-trading works.
Construction, Design, Estimation and Costing of Electrical installations, Power and Lighting wiring using with UG/PVC
cable wiring to administrative office buildings, vehicle maintenance yard, vehicle parking yard and service connection
works related to electricity board with necessary liaison works, for all 20 branches of the corporation.
All types of electrical works tender call-for with technical scrutinizing and preparation of note approval to all electrical
works related to our corporation including of 20 branches. Maintenance scheduling of electrical machines likes well
pumps of centrifugal type jet flow type, air compressors, battery charges welding transformers and wiring repairs and
maintenance of all overhead lines and UG cables wiring.

MADRAS (2 YEARS & 6 MONTHS)

From 15-01-81 to 10-06-83 worked as Electrical Engineer in Rasi Engineering works, design, estimation and installation
of electrical panel boards, designing of industrial and official building wiring execution, preparation of estimation &
costing and supervision.
