APPLICATION FOR PROBATION

The Accused, PABLO CASTRO DEOCAREZA JR, by

himself, to this Honorable Court, under the provision of

Presidential Decree 968 as amended, hereby declares:

1. That he is of legal age and a resident of Block 88 Lot

35 Mansanita Street, Model Community Tondo, Manila.

2. That he has been convicted of the crime of Acts of

Lasciviousness and sentenced to serve a term of imprisonment

of Three (3) months of Arresto Mayor. As the minimum to Two

(2) years, Four (4) months and one day of prision correctional, as

the maximum, ORDERs him to pay private complainant

LOURILEEN BERNARDO the amount of Ten Thousand Pesos

(Php. 10,000), with interest of 6% per annum on such awards

reckoned from the finality of this decision until full payment; and

DIRECTS him to pay the cost of suit.

3. That the crime of which he has been convicted is not

an offense punishable of imprisonment of more than six years or

a crime against national security and against public order;

4. That he has not previously been convicted by final

judgment of any offense punished by imprisonment of not less

than one (1) day or a fine of not less than two hundred pesos

(200.00); and

6. That he has not been once on probation under the

provision of PD 968 as amended.

WHEREFORE, the undersigned prays that the application for

probation be considered and granted by the Honorable Court.
