1) Go to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution.

2)Double-click DataStore folder to open it. Delete all the

les and folders in it.

3) Go back to SoftwareDistribution folder, double-click

Download folder to open it, then delete all the les in this
folder.

Administrative Tools > Services > Windows Update).
